Claims (21)

  1. 열절연재료로써 사용하기 위한 판상재료의 슬라브에 있어서, 실리카를 침전시키기 위하여 알칼리성 물유리와 무기산을 상호작용시킴으로써 형성된 미분쇄된 실리카재료를 건조시켜 만든 건조한 미분쇄의 실리카와, 상기 건조한 미분쇄의 실리카를 함유하는 가스 및 물 기밀봉입체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열절연재용 판상재료의 슬라브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리성 물유리는 규산나트륨이고, 무기산은 황산인 것을 특징으로 하는 열절연재용 판상재료의 슬라브.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 미분쇄된 침전 실리카는 미소기공의 주머니에서 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열절연재용 판상재료의 슬라브.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 미소기공의 주머니는 상기가스 및 물 기밀밀봉체내에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 열절연재용 판상재료의 슬라브.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 건조한 미분쇄의 실리카를 함유하는 가스 및 물기밀 밀봉체는 0.16내지 0.32g/㎤의 밀도로 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열절연재용 판상재료의 슬라브.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 밀도는 0.16내지 0.21g/㎤인 것을 특징으로 하는 열절연재용 판상재료의 슬라브.
  7. (1)알칼리성 물유리와 무기산을 상호작용시켜 미분쇄된 실리카를 침전시키고,
    (2)미분쇄된 침전 실리카를 표면의 수분을 제거하기에 충분한 온도에서 건조시키고,
    (3)건조한 침전 실리카를 0.16내지 0.32g/㎤의 밀도로 압축시키고,
    (4)건조한 실리카를 배기구를 갖는 가스 및 물 기밀 봉입체에 넣고,
    (5)가스 및 물 기밀밀봉체를 배기시킨 다음,
    (6)가스 및 물 기밀 밀봉체에 대해 배기구를 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연재료제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 알칼리성 물유리는 규산나트륨이고, 무기산은 황산인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연재료 제조방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 침전 실리카는 미소기공의 주머니에서 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절열재료 제조방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 가스 및 물 기밀봉입체는 금속화층을 갖는 플라스틱으로 형성된 다층 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연재료 제조방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 건조온도는 100℃정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연재료 제조방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 금속화층에서 적어도 하나는 알루미늄이 입혀진 플라스틱층인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연재료 제조방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 플라스틱층의 적어도 하나는 폴리프로필렌으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연재료 제조방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 층에서 적어도 하나는 알루미늄박층인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연재료 제조방법.
  15. 제7항에 있어서, 배기는 15트르 이하의 내부압력에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연재료 제조방법.
  16. 미분쇄된 실리카의 침전물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 침전 실리카 절연재.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 침전물은 알칼리성 물유리와 무기산의 상호작용으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 침전 실리카 절연재.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 물유리는 규산나트륨이고, 무기산은 황산인 것을 특징으로 하는 침전 실리카 절연재.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 집괴된 입자크기는 50마이크로미터 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 침전 실리카 절연재.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 미분쇄된 실리카는 0.16내지 0.32g/㎤의 밀도로 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 침전 실리카 절연재.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 밀도는 0.16내지 0.21g/㎤인 것을 특징으로 하는 침전 실리카 절연재.
