Claims (1)

  1. 무증자 방법을 이용하여 곡물을 주성분으로 하는 주정의 제조방법에 있어서 보리쌀이나 밀의 분세물을 주성분으로 하고 여기에 지하수, 소맥피, 우삼미(Usami)와 오리제의 혼합배양물, 생전분을 당화시키는 기능과 바람직하지 못한 세균의 번식을 억제하는 두가지 기능을 동시에 갖은 라이조프스(Rhizopus)를 일정시간 배합교반하여 발효시킴을 특징으로 하는 보리쌀 또는 밀을 무증자하여 주정을 만드는 방법.
