제3도는 본 발명에 따르는 샌드위치형 구조의 고경도 소결체 복합재료를 제조하는 데에 필요한 캡슐안에 충진되는 재료의 구성을 나타낸다.
제4도는 본 발명에 따르는 고경도 소결체 복합재료를 트위스트 드릴에 사용한 예를 나타내며,

Claims (13)
- 다이아몬드를 주성분을 하는 고경도 소결체의 층; 당해 고경도 소결체층의 양측표면에 하나로 접합되고, 열팽창 계수가 3.0내지 6.0x10-6/°C이고, 두께가 10μm이상 500μm이하이며, 고경도 소결체를 소결하는 도중에 철족금속을 실질적으로 투과시키지 않는 중간층; 및 당해 중간층의 외측표면에 각각 하나로 접합되고, 열팽창계수가 6.0x10-6/°C이하인 초경합금 또는 금속 또는 합금으로 이루어진 지지체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치형 구조의 고경도 소결체 복합재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고경도 소결체는 5내지 15체적%의 철족금속을 함유하고 이의 나머지성분은 다이아몬드 입자이며, 지지체는 열팽창계수가 4.6x10-6/°C이하의 WC 및/또는 MoC를 주성분으로 하는 초경합금인 고경도 소결체 복합재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 지지체는 5내지 2중량%의 Co 및/또는 Ni을 함유하며, 이의 나머지 성분은 WC및/또는 MoC의 초경합금인 고경도 소결체 복합재료.
- 제1내지 3항중 어느한항에 있어서, 중간층이 3b, 4a, 4b, 5a, 6a족 원소의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 붕소화물, 산화물 및 이들의 상호 고용체로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 1종이상으로 이루어진 고경도 소결체 복합재료.
- 제1내지 3항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 중간층이 80내지 20체적%의 고압상 질화붕소를 주성분으로 하고, 이의 나머지 성분이 4a, 5a,6a족 원소의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 붕소화물, 붕소화물 및 이들의 상호 고용체로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 1종이상으로 이루어진 고경도 소결체 복합재료.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중간층이 80내지 50체적%의 고압상 질화붕소를 함유하는 고경도 소결체 복합재료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 중간층이 80내지 50체적%의 고압상 질화붕소를 주성분으로 하며, 이의 나머지 성분이 TiN 및 /또는 TiC와 이들의 고용체 및 Al, Si의 1종 이상을 함유하는 혼합물을 소결시킨 것인 고경도 소결체 복합재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지체는 W 및/또는 Mo를 주성분으로 하는 금속 또는 합금인 고경도 소결체 복합재료.
- 제8항에 있어서, 중간층이 3b, 4a, 4b, 5a, 6a족 원소의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 붕소화물, 산화물 및 이들의 상호 고용체로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 1종이상으로 이루어진 고경도 소결체 복합재료.
- 제8항에 있어서, 중간층이 80내지 20체적%의 고압상 질화붕소를 주성분으로 하며, 이의 나머지 성분이 4a, 5a, 6a족 원소의 질화물, 탄화물, 탄질화물, 붕소화물 및 이들의 상호 고용체로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 1종이상으로 이루어진 고경도 소결체 복합재료.
- 제10항에 있어서, 중간층이 80내지 50체적%의 고압상 질화붕소를 함유하는 고경도 소결체 복합재료.
- 제11항에 있어서, 중간층이 80내지 50체적%의 고압상 질화붕소를 주성분으로 하며, 이의 나머지 성분이 TiN 및/또는 TiC와 이들의 고용체 및 Al, Si 1종이상을 함유하는 혼합물을 소결시킨 고경도 소결체 복합재료.
