Claims (10)
- 감미량의 식품용 감미료를 함유하는 식품에 m-아미노벤조산 및/또는 그의 식품용, 무독성 염중에서 선택된 감미개량제를 식품에 허용되는 감미 개량량으로 첨가함을 특징으로 하여, 식품의 감미도를 개선시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식품이 산성 pH를 갖는 방법
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 감미개량제가 m-아미노벤조산인 방법.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 식품용 감미료를 자당, 과당, 고형 옥숙수시럽, 과당함량이 높은 옥수수시럽, 덱스트로즈, 크실리톨, 소르비톨, 만니톨, 아세설팜, 타우마틴, 전화당, 삭카린, 시클라메이트, 디하이드로칼콘, 아스파르탐, 스테비오사이드, 글리시리진 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제1내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 감미료가 자당 약 2중량%이상에 해당하는 양으로 식품중에 존재하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 식품의 감미료가 자당 약 4중량%내지 약 15중량%에 해당하는 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식품이 산성 pH를 갖는 향료첨가 음료이며, 감미 개량제가 향료 첨가음료의 약 0.05내지 약 0.4중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 감미조성무을 식품에 가할경우, 식품의 약0.01내지 약 0.8중량%의 양으로 존재하기에 충분한 양의 m-아미노벤조산 및/ 또는 그의 식품용, 무독성 염중에서 선택된 감미 개량제 및 식품용 감미료로 이루어진 식품 첨가용 감미 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 감미개량제가 m-아미노벤조산인 감미 조성물.
- 제8도는 9항에 있어서, 식품용 감미료를 자당, 과당 고형 옥수수 시럽, 과당함량이 높은 옥수수 시럽, 덱스트로즈, 크실리톨, 소르미톨, 마니톨, 아세설팜, 타우마틴, 전화당, 삭카린, 시클라메이트, 디하이드칼콘, 아스파르탐, 스테비오사이드, 글리시리진 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택한 감미 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
