Claims (18)
- 수소의 부재하, 0-50℃의 온도에서 외부자리에서 수행되는 제(1)단계에서 촉매를 용매에 용해된 형태의 하기의식 가황제로 처리하여 촉매기공속에 상기 가황제를 부분적으로 또는 완전히 결합시킨 후, 촉매를 임의적으로 건조시키고, 상기제(1)단계에서 산출된 촉매를 처리하는 제(2)단게에 있어서, 제(2)단계의 처음부분에서는 0.5-70bars, 65-275℃의 온도에서 불활성 또느 비-불활성 가스의 존재 및 수소의 부재하에서“내부자리”또는“외부자리”에서 약 5분동안 촉매를 처리하고, 임의적으로 건조시키고, 제(2)단계의 두번째 부분에서 상기 촉매를적어도 275℃의 온도에서 적어도 약 1분 동안 처리하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 하나의 금속 또는 준금속 산화물로 구성된 캐리어 및 적어도 하나의 활성금속을 함유한 새로운 또는 재생수소화 처리촉매를 예비가황하는 방법.R-S(n)-R'상기식에서, n은 3 내지 20의 정수이며, R'는 수소원자 또는 R과 동일하거나 상이한 라디칼으로서, 상기 두 라디칼은 알킬라디칼(포화 또는 불포화, 직쇄 또는측쇄 라디칼) 또는 나프탈렌형 라디칼, 아릴라라디칼, 알킬아릴라디칼 또는 아릴알킬라디칼로부터 선택된 분자당 1-150개의 탄소원자를 함유한 유리라디칼임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제(2)단계의 처음부분은 75-275℃의 온도 및 불활성 가스의 존재하에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제(2)단계의 처음부분에서의 온도는 85-260℃이고, 제(1)단계의 처음부분은 1시간 내지 3시간동안 지속되고, 제(2)단계의 두번째 부분에서의 온도는 300-400℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제(2)단계의 처음부분은 200℃이하의 온도에서 5분 내지 10시간동안 공기의 존재하에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제(2)단계의 처음부분은 150℃이하의 온도에서 9분 내지 10시간동안 공기의 존재하에서 실시되며, 상기 제(2)단게의 두번째 부분의 온도는 275-380℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스는 110℃이상의 온도에서 과열된 스팀으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가스는 습윤공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2-4항중 어떤 한항에 있어서, 제(2)단계의 두번째 부분은“내부자리”에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2-4항중 어떤 한항에 있어서, 제(2)단계의 두번째 부분은“외부자리”에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제(2)단계의 처음부분은“내부자리”에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제(1)단계의 처음부분은“외부자리”에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항-제11항중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 촉매를 사용하기 전에 새로운 촉매를 처리하거나, 촉매를 사용하기 전에 그 자리에서 벗어난 위치에서 재생이 이루어진 촉매를 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항-제12항중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 제(2)단계의 두번째 부분은 수소의 존재하에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 작동이 액체탄화수소 분획의 존재하에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 탄화수소 분획은 촉매상에서 계속 처리되어지는 탄화수소 분획중 적어도 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항-제15항중 어떤 한항에 있어서, 상기식 R-S(n)-R'의 가황제에서 n은 4-8의 정수이며, R 및 R'는 분자당 5-40개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항-제16항중 어떤 한항에 있어서, 제(1)단계는 폴리설파이드 중량을 기준으로 했을때 적어도 하나의 0.4-8중량%의 첨가제 존재하에서 실시되며, 상기 첨가제는 분자당 4-14개의 탄소원자를 함유한 알데히드류, 분자당 3-18개의 탄소원자를 함유한 케톤류 또는 폴리케톤류, 분자당 5-14개의 탄소원자를 함유한 에테르류, 분자당 5-14개의 탄소원자를 함유한 알콜류 및 분자당 3-14개의 탄소원자를 함유한 유기산류 또는 폴리유기산류로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
