Claims (8)
- 황화합물 및 2-니트로나프탈렌 이성체가 실제적으로 없는 정제된 1-니트로나프탈렌을 백금/활성탄 존재하에, 반응기내 반응혼합물의 평균잔류시간을 3 내지 30분으로하여 150 내지 250℃의 온도, 50 내지 300 바아의 압력에서 수소화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 수-혼화성 불황성 유기용매 존재하, 승온 및 승압에서 1-니트로 나프탈렌을 촉매적으로 수소화시켜 1-나프탈아민을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 1-니트로나프탈렌이 황화합물 형태의 황을 100ppm 미만 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 사용된 1-니트로 나프탈렌이 황화합물 형태의 황을 3 내지 5ppm 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 1-니트로나프탈렌이 10ppm 미만의 2-니트로나프탈렌을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 사용된 1-니트로나프탈렌이 1 내지 3ppm 의 2-니트로나프탈렌을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 160 내지 200℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 80 내지 150바아의 압력에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기내 반응혼합물의 평균 잔류시간이 5 내지 20분임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
