Claims (6)

  1. 글루코스 중합도 6 또는 그 이상의 사카라이드(사카라이드 L)와 글루코스 중합도 4 또는 그 이하의 사카라이드(사카라이드 S)와 함께 말토펜타오스를 함유하는 사카라이드 혼합용액을 제조하고; 이어 미리 정해진 양의 이 사카라이드 혼합용액과 물을 염형태의 강산성 양이온 교환수지에 가해주며; 이어 이 칼람으로부터의 용출액을 사카라이드 L이 주성분인 제1분획, 사카라이드 L이 주성분이지만 다량의 말토펜타오스로 혼합된 제2분획, 말토펜타오스가 주성분인 제3분획, 말토펜타오스가 주성분이지만 다량의 사카라이드 S가 혼합된 제4분획과 사카라이드 S가 주성분인 제5분획의 순서로 분리한 후; 말토펜타오스가 주성분인 제3분획을 회수하여 ; 이 말토펜타오스를 결정화시키고; 또 수득된 결정성 말토펜타오스를 회수하는 단계로 구성된 결정성 말토펜타오스의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 말토펜타오스가 CuKα선을 사용한 X-선 회절분석에서 9.7°, 15.8°, 16.2°, 17.2°및 23.7°에서 주회절각(2θ)을 갖는 결정성 말토펜타오스의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 강산성 이온 교환수지의 교차결합도가 6%는 또 그 미만인 결정성 말토펜타오스의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 사카라이드 L 및 사카라이드 S와 함께 말토펜타오스를 함유하는 사카라이드 혼합용액을 제조하고; 이어 미리 정해진 양의 이 사카라이드 혼합용액과 물을 염형태의 강산성 양이온 교환수지에 가해주며; 이어 이 칼람으로 부터의 용출액을 사카라이드 L이 주성분인 제1분획, 사카라이드 L이 주성분이지만 다량의 말토펜타오스로 혼입된 제2분획, 말토펜타오스가 주성분인 제3분획, 말토펜타오스가 주성분이지만 다량의 사카라이드 S가 혼입된 제4분획과 사카라이드 S가 주성분인 제5분획의 순서로 분리한 후; 말토펜타오스가 주성분인 제3분획을 회수하고; 이어 이 칼람에 사카라이드 L 및 사카라이드 S와 함께 말토펜타오스를 함유하는 사카라이드 혼합용액인 앞에서 수득한 제2분획;과 앞에서 수득한 제4분획 및 물;을 계속해서 가해주고; 또 전술한 바와 동일하게 분획분리, 회수 및 재장입공정을 재차 반복한후; 말토펜타오스를 결정화시키고 또 수득된 결정성 말토펜타오스를 회수하는 단계로 구성된 결정성 말토펜타오스의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 강산성 양이온 교환수지가 알카리-또는 알카리토-금속 형태인 결정성 말토펜타오스의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 사카라이드 혼합용액을 스타치를 겔화시키고, 수득된 스타치 용액에 α-아미라제를 작용시킨 후 또 수득된 말토펜타오스를 함유하는 가수분해물을 정제시켜 제조하는 결정성 말토펜타오스의 제조방법.
