Claims (7)
- 분말 X-선 회절법으로 측정하였을때 적어도 18.8°, 19.7° 및 25.0°의 회절각(2θ, Cuka선)에서 X-선 회절 피이크(peak)를 나타내는 아스파트산의 β-형 결정.
- 수용액 중에서 염화나트륨 및 페닐알라닌의 공존하에 L-Asp을 결정화함을 포함하는 아스파트산의 β-형 결정의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정중의 흡착수 함량이 많아야 5중량%인 결정.
- 제2항에 있어서, 염화 나트륨의 함량이 수용액중에서 5중량% 내지 염화나트륨의 포화점의 범위인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 염화나트륨의 농도가 15 내지 25중량% 범위인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수용액에 첨가될 L-페닐 알라닌 함량이 0.01 내지 0.1중량% 범위인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수용액으로부터 상기 결정화된 L-Asp를 분리시킴을 추가로 포함하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
