Claims (16)
- (a) 방향족 생성물과 기체의 흐름을 발생하도록 탈수소환식화를 유리하게 하는 공정조건으로, 적어도 한가지 Ⅷ족 금속을 함유하는 큰-기공의 제올라이트로 구성되는 탈수소환식화 촉매와 반응용기에 있는 나프타 공급원료를 접촉시키고; (b) 상기 기체흐름에서 상기 방향족 생성물을 분리하고; (c) 상기 방향족 생성물에서 상기 방향족 생물에 존재하는 파라핀을 분리하여; (d) 상기 반응용기에 상기 기체흐름과 파라핀을 재순환 시키는 것으로 구성되는 탈수소환식화 공정.
- 상기 파라핀이 규정 파라핀과 단일-가지가 달린 이소파라핀으로 구성되는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 탄수소환식화 공정.
- 상기 분리단계(c)가 페놀, 술폴란 및 n-포밀모르폴린으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 용매를 사용하는 용매추출에 의해서 수행되는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 탈수소환식화 공정.
- 상기 분리단계(c)가 증류에 의해서 수행되는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 탈수소환식화 공정.
- 상기 분리단계(c)가 상기 방향족 생성물에 존재하는 파라핀을 흡착하는 분리채를 통하여 상기 방향족 생성물을 통과시켜서, 기체의 흐름을 이용하여 분자채로부터 상기 파라핀을 제거하는 것에 의해서 수행되는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 탈수소환식화 공정.
- 상기 분자채가 제올라이트 A인 청구범위 제5항에 따른 탈수소환식화 공정.
- 상기 큰-기공의 제올라이트가 7 내지 9옹스트롬의 표면기공 크기를 갖는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 탈수소환식화 공정.
- 상기 큰-기공 제올라이트가 제올라이트 X, 제올라이트 Y 및 L형 제올라이트로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 탈수소환식화 공정.
- 상기 큰-기공 제올라이트가 L형 제올라이트인 청구범위 제8항에 따른 탈수소환식화 공정.
- 상기 촉매가 바륨, 스트론튬 및 칼슘으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 알카리 토금속을 함유하는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 탈수소환식화 공정.
- 상기 알카리 토금속이 바륨이고, 상기 Ⅷ족 금속이 플라티늄인 청구범위 제10항에 따른 탈수소환식화 공정.
- 상기 촉매가 8 내지 10퍼센트 중량의 바륨과 0.1 내지 1.5 퍼센트 중량의 플라티늄을 가진 청구범위 제11항에 따른 탈수소환식화 공정.
- 상기 촉매가 (a) 플라티늄을 함유하는 큰-기공의 제올라이트와, (b) 무기충전제로 구성되는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 탈수소환식화 공정.
- 상기 무기충전제가 실리카, 알루미나 및 알루미노 실리케이트로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 청구범위 제13항에 따른 탈수소환식화 공정.
- (a) 방향족 생성물과 기체흐름을 발생시키기 위해서 탈수소환식화를 유리하게 하는 공정조건으로 (1) 8 내지 12% 중량의 바륨과 0.1 내지 1.5% 중량의 플라티늄을 함유하는 L형 제올라이트와 (2) 실리카, 알루미나 및 알루미노 실리케이트로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 무기충전제로 구성되는 탈수소환식화 촉매로 반응용기속에 있는 나프타 공급원료를 접촉시키고; (b) 상기 기체흐름에서 상기 방향족 생성물을 분리하여; (c) 상기 방향족 생성물중에 존재하는 규정파라핀과 단일-가지달린 이소파라핀을 흡착하는 제올라이트 A분자채를 통하여 상기 방향족 생성물을 통과시키고; (d) 기체흐름을 이용하여 상기 규정파라핀과 단일-사슬 달린 이소파라핀을 분자채로부터 제거하고; (e) 상기 반응용기에 상기 기체흐름과 상기 규정 파라핀과 단일 가지달린 이소파라핀을 재순환시키는 것으로 구성되는 탈수소환식화 공정.
