제6도는 본 발명에 다른 실리카의 유사흡수곡선을 나타낸 것으로서 실선은 흡수된 체적 ㎤/g을 나타내고, 파단선은 그로부터 유도된 것을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 수성물질을 포함하는 히일을 형성하고 산성화제와 알카리성 실리케이트 용액을 동시 첨가하여 알카리성 실리케이트의 수용액과 산성화제를 반응시킴으로써 실리카를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 하기 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 실리카의 제조방법.
  2. a) 일정부피로 반응물을 첨가하고, 직경크기에 있어 단일 분산성인 실리카의 구형콜로이드와 회수 매체중에서 다중 분산성인 실리카의 콜로이드를 일정부피로 얻도록 방응매체를 연속적으로 회수하고, b) 단계a)에서 얻어진 물질중 적어도 일부를 전해질과 반응시키고, c) 실리케이트 용액과 산성화제를 첨가함으로써 단계b)에서 얻어진 물질을 고화합.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b)에서의 콜로이드가 일정부피로 나오는 콜로이드의 1 또는 그 이상의 분획물에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b)에서의 콜로이드가 회수물질로부터 나오는 콜로이드의 1 또는 그 이상의 분획물에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계 b)에서의 콜로이드가 일정부피의 회수물질로부터 나오는 콜로이드 분획물의 혼합물에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계 b)에서의 콜로이드가 안정한 상태에 도달하기 전에 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서,단계 b)에서의 콜로이드가 안정한 상태에 도달된 후에 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계 b)에서의 응결이 알카리금속 및 알카리토금속염의 전해질에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 운동량이 큰 고온가스로 대칭축 회전류 구조를 형성함으로써 건조조작을 실시하고, 측류를 파괴, 분산, 수집 및 건조하기에 충분한 현탁액의 축류와 관련하여 회전흐름의 대칭축을 따라 건조시킬 현탁액을 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 침강실리카가 다음 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:-CTAB표면적: 20 내지 120㎡/g, -DBP오일흡착능:실리카 100g당 250 내지 500㎖ 및 -응결물의 평균 둘출면적 : 8,000nm2이상
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 침강실리카가 응결물의 평균 둘출면적 15,000nm2이상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 침강실리카가 고기공률(1㎤/g)과 단일성 기공을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
