Claims (12)
- 고도의 화학적 부동성과 300°∼500℉의 범위내의 연속적 사용온도를 가진 융해처리 가공할 수 있는 플루오로폴리머 물질의 관형덕트의 단부를 함께 접합하는 방법에 있어서, 덕트의 단부면을 덕트축선에 대하여 평편하고 수직으로 놓이도록 형성하고, 평면으로 된 적외선 가열기를 덕트 단부와 간격을 두고 대향관계로 배치하고 가열기 면을 덕트내의 플루오로물질이 눈에 보이도록 융해될때까지 덕트 단부에서 1250˚∼2000℉의 범위내에 온도로 유지하며, 가열기를 덕트단부로부터 제거하고, 그리고 융해된 덕트 물질이 다시 응고화될 때까지 덕트단부를 즉시 가압 및 유지하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플루오로폴리머파이프 및 부착물의 용접방법.
- 챔퍼가 덕트 단부의 내부 주위 위에 형성되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 플루오로폴리머 파이프 및 부착물의 용접방법.
- 가열기 면은 덕트단부와 대향하는 동안 1250°∼1750℉ 범위내의 온도로 유지되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 플루오로폴리머 파이프 및 부착물의 용접방법.
- 가열기면은 덕트 단부와 대향하는 동안 1600°∼1700℉ 범위내의 온도로 유지되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 플루오로폴리머 파이프 및 부착물의 용접방법.
- 융해처리 가공할 수 있는 플루오로폴리머는 유백색의 불투명한 외관을 가지며, 그리고 가열기 면을 덕트단부에서 덕트의 단부부분이 유백색의 외관으로부터 투명한 외관으로 변화할때까지 유지되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 플루오로폴리머 파이프 및 부착물의 용접방법.
- 덕트단부와 가열기 사이의 간격은 1/4 내지 3/4인치 범위내로 유지되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 플루오로폴리머 파이프 및 부착물의 용접방법.
- 적외선 가열기는 전력 가열원에 의하여 가열되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 플루오로폴리머 파이프 및 부착물의 용접방법.
- 덕트는 퍼플루오로알콕시로서 알려진 플루오로카아본으로 형성되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 플루오로폴리머 파이프 및 부착물의 용접방법.
- 덕트는 플루오로에틸렌폴리머로서 알려진 플루오로카아본 수지로 형성되는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 플루오로폴리머 파이프 및 부착물의 용접방법.
- 고도로 화학적으로 부동이며, 300°∼500℉의 범위내의 연속적 사용온도를 가진, 플루오로폴리머 및 플루오로에틸렌폴리머 및 퍼플루오로알콕시로서 알려진 플루오로카아본수지를 포함하는 불소기본 물질의 관형 덕트의 단부를 함께 접합하는 방법에 있어서, 덕트의 단부면을 덕트 축선에 대하여 평편하고 수직으로 놓이도록 형성하고, 전기적으로 가열되는 평편한 면의 자외선 가열기의 면을 정렬된 덕트의 단부와 대향하여 가깝게 간격을 둔 관계로 배치하며, 덕트 단부 사이의 가열기를 덕트의 단부부분이 눈에 보이게 융해될 때까지 유지하고, 가열기를 덕트 단부로부터 제거하고, 그리고 덕트의 융해된 부분이 다시 응고화 될 때까지 덕트 단부를 함께 즉시 가압하며 유지하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플루오로폴리머 파이프 및 부착물의 용접방법.
- 고도로 화학적으로 부동된 융해처리 가공할 수 있는 플루오로폴리머 물질로 만들어진 물품을 함께 접합하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 물품의 대향면의 전체 면적에 걸쳐 서로 완전히 맞물리게 하기 위하여 평편하게 놓이도록 형성하며, 한편 대향면을 서로 떨어지게 유지하고, 융해된 물질이 앞서의 유백색 및 불투명한 외관과 대조적으로 투명한 외관을 취하는 대향면 배후에 양쪽 물품내의 물질이 융해될때까지 상기 물품의 대향면에 대하여 가열기의 평편한 면으로부터의 적외선을 적용하고 그리고 상기 물품의 면이 잠정적으로 융해된 상태로 잔류하는 동안 상기 물품의 면에 대하여 적외선의 적용을 중단하고, 대향면을 서로 맞물리게 함에 의하여 양쪽 물품을 함께 가압하고 물질이 냉각되게 하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플루오로폴리머 파이프 및 부착물의 용접방법.
