- 고추를 용제추출(에칠알콜 20-99%)하여 얻은 엑기스와 생선 및 해조류를 열수추출 또는 가압추출 하겨 얻은 엑기스에 식염, 유당 및 물엿을 부형제로 첨가하여 분무 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조미식품의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
