Claims (11)

  1. 유체의 일부와 접촉하기 위한 탐침을 사용하여 유체를 분석하는데 유용한 장치에 있어서, 상기 탐침에 연결된 전도수단과, 상기 전도수단이 컨테이너내의 상기 유체와 접촉할때 임계변화를 받기에 적합한 임피던스 수단과, 상기 임피던스의 임계변화에 반응하여 제어신호를 발생하는 상기 임피던스 수단에 연결된 회로수단과, 상기 제어신호를 받고 상기 컨테이너내에서 상기 탐침의 위치를 설정하기 위해 상기 회로 수단에 연결된 기계수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탐침은 상기 컨테이너로부터 분석용 테스트 스테이션으로 상기 유체를 이동시키기 위한 수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 상기 컨테이너를 지지하기 위한 샤시를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스는 상기 전도수단 및 상기 샤시에 의해 정의된 캐패시턴스 수단을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유체는 이온화되며 상기 전도수단의 상기 유체와의 접촉은 상기 임피던스 수단을 상기 임계변화를 받도록 함을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전도수단은 상기 탐침의 선단의 팁에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 유체분석을 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 탐침은 적어도 부분적으로 전도물질로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전도물질은 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 폴리프로피렌 플라스틱인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 장치.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전도물질은 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 장치.
