돼지의 베타 여포 자극 호르몬의 생산방법

제1도는 양쪽범위를 포함하고 유일한 제한효소 절단 부위를 보이고, 환전한 돼지의 베타 여포 자극 호르몬(FSH)의 암호 서열을 형성하도록 융합되는 두 DNA범위를 설명하는 돼지의 FSH 유전자의 선도. 제2도는 돼지의 베타 FSH 유전자를 표현 운방체(experession vector)에 삽입하는 공정의 선도.

Claims (3)

  1. 상기 돼지의 베타 FSH를 암호화하는 DNA 서열을 운반체로 삽입하고, 상기 운반체로 숙주 세포로 형질변환하고, 그것으로 부터 상기 돼지의 베타 FSH를 유리하고 정제하는 것으로 구성된 돼지의 베타 ISH를 생산하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 운반체는 돼지의 베타 FSH를 암호화하는 DNA서열로 구성된 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 운반체는 플라즈미드인 방법.
