Claims (11)

  1. 비스무트 옥시탄산엽 1.7wt%와 규산 0.5-3.5wt%(SiO2로서 계산한 것)를 함유하는 타원체 공작석 결정 집괴.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 평균 최장칫수가 약 15 마이크론이고 최소한 95%정도가 약 14-18 마이크론의 최장칫수를 가진집괴와 타원체형 공작석 결정 덩어리가 평균 최장칫수가 약 5마이크론이고, 최소한 95% 정도가 3-8 마이크론의 최장 칫수를 가지게 한 공작석 결정 집괴.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (가) 약 45-55℃의 온도에서 알칼리금속의 탄산염 또는 중탄산염을 가해서 pH를 5.5-7.5로 유지시키고 구리염, 비스무트염 및 규산으로 된 총소요량의 약 30-60체적%를 수용액 중에서 교반 혼합하여 비정질의 겔상태 탄산구리 수화물을 만들고, (나) 교반하지 않고 (가)의 반응혼합물을 약 44-45℃의 온도에서 유지시켜 공작석 결정 덩어리를 생성시킨 다음, (다) 구리염, 비스무트염 및 규산으로 된 소요량의 나머지를 교반 첨가하면서 알칼리 금속의 탄산염 또는 알칼리금속의 중탄산염을 가해 유지시킨 5.5-7.5의 pH에서 45-55℃의 온도에서 슬러리를 유지시키는 공정으로 되는 구리염, 비스무트염 및 규산으로 부터 공작석 결정 집괴 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 구리염은 질산 제이구리이고, 비스무트염은 질산 비스무트이며, 알칼리금속 탄산염은 탄산나트륨인 공작석 결정 집괴 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물중에 제1항의 것과 같은 집괴를 소량 사용하여 (가) 단계를 실시하는 공작석 결정 집괴 제조방법.
  6. 제1항의 것과 같은 집괴를 아세틸렌과 포름알데히드의 반응으로 처리하는 아세틸렌-구리 착화합물 제조방법.
  7. 제2항에의 것과 같은 집괴를 아세틸렌과 포름알데히드의 반응으로 처리하는 아세틸렌-구리 착화합물 제조방법.
  8. 제6항의 방법에 따라 제조한 아세틸렌-구리 착화합물.
  9. 제7항의 방법에 따라 제조한 아세틸렌-구리 착화합물.
  10. 제8항의 착화합물을 촉매로 사용하고 아세틸렌과 포름알데히드를 반응시켜 1,4-부탄디올을 제조하는 방법.
  11. 제9항의 착화합물을 촉매로 사용하고 아세틸렌과 포름알데히드를 반응시켜 1,4-부틴디올을 제조하는 방법.
