Claims (7)
- 무시할 수 없는 수분을 함유한 영양물질을 포함하고 있는 매우 습윤한 산출물의효용성을 증가시키는 공정에 있어서, 연행된 물질용의 가열수단을 포함하고 있는 슬리브내에서 회전되는 적어도 두개의 맞물린 스크류를 가진 압출기의 상류단에서 곡류분말에 의한측 정된 다량의 건조분말물질과 습윤한 생성물을 유입시키는 공정과, 압출기를 가진 그 하류단으로 이송하면서 동시에 슬리브내에서 상기 습윤한 생성물에 의하여 유입된 습기를 가진 곡류분말과 영양물질의 쿠킹과 곡류분말을 가진 습윤한 생성물을 믹싱하는 공정과, 상기 슬리브의 하류단에 설비된 다이를 통하여 상기 쿠크된 혼합물을 압출시키는 공정으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 습윤한 농·수산물 부산물의 효용성을 증가시키는 공정.
- 상기 제1항에 따른 공정에 있어서, 그속의 습윤한 산출물이 90% 이상의 습기를 포함할 수 있고, 상기 압출기의 상류측내에서 혼합물의 과도한 습도를 최대한으로 50%정도의 레벨로 복귀 시키도록 습윤한 산출물의 습기함량에 따라 산출물에 부가되는 다량의 건조분말물질을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습윤한 농·수산물 부산물의 효용성을 증가시키는 공정.
- 상기 제1항 혹은 제2항에 따른 공정에 있어서, 상기 다이를 통하여 압출된 상기 산출물이 10 내지 30중량%의 습도를 갖도록 쿠킹방법에서 증기를 제거하는 공정으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 습윤한 농·수산물 부산물의 효용성을 증가시키는 공정.
- 상기항중 어느 한 항에 따른 공정에 있어서, 상기 공정이 상기 스크류의 나사피치변화에 의하여 결정된 연속된 구역을 통하여 압출기의 상류단에서 공급되는 물질을 통과시키는 공정으로 구성되어 있는데, 상기 각각의 구역은 하류변화에 대한 넓은 피치구역, 좁은 피치의 압축구역, 역전 피치를 가진 분쇄및 균질구역, 넓어진 피치구역, 압출다이 앞에 있는 좁은 피치의 압축구역및, 슬리브내에 설치된 압력감소 오리피스를 가진 팽창구역으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 습윤한 농·수산물 부산물의 효용성을 증가시키는 공정.
- 상기 선행 청구범위중 한항에 따른 공정에 있어서, 그속의 압출된 산출물의 부분이 상기 혼합물의 과도 습기함량을 낮출 필요가 있는 곡류분말의 비율을 감소시키도록 상기 압출기 입구로 재순화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 습윤한 농·수산물 부산물의 효용성을 증가시키는 공정.
- 상기 선행 청구범위중 어느한 항에 따른 공정에 있어서, 그속의 습윤생성물이 농산업의 부산물이고, 상기 영양있는 물질은 과일 혹은 야채 특히 감자 혹은 야채펄프 특히 비이트뿌리의 껍질인 것을 특징으로 하는 습윤한 농·수산물 부산물의 효용성을 증가시키는 공정.
