Claims (1)

  1. 스텝핑 모우터를 이용하여 이동부재를 소정의 장소에 위치시키도록 된 위치결정장치에 있어서, 상기 스텝핑 모우터에 있는 각 여자코일에 여자전압을 공급하는 모우터 구동수단과, 상기 장소에 대기상태로 있을 때에는 상기 모우터 구동수단으로의 여자전압 공급을 중지시키고 대기상태가 해제되었을 때에는 여자전압의 공급을 개시하는 절환동작을 수행하도록 된 여자전압공급 절환수단, 대기상태가 아닌 비대기상태에서 스텝핑 모우터가 회전동작을 하고 있을 때에는 높은 레벨의 여자전압을 상기 여자전압공급 절환수단에 출력하고 스텝핑 모우터가 완전동작을 정지하고 있을 때에는 낮은 레벨의 여자전압을 상기 여자전압 공급 절환수단에 출력하는 전압레벨 절환수단, 대기상태가 해제된 후에 상기 위치결정장치의 위치결정동작을 안정화시키기 위해서 상기 전압레벨 절환수단을 제어하므로써 높은 레벨의 여자전압을 일정시간동안 출력하도록 하는 제어수단등으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스텝핑모우터의 제어장치.
