Claims (4)

  1. 증량제의 동시사용으로서 물을 증류시키고 증류탑의 배수조에 수취되는 칼륨 tert-부톡시드의 알콜용액을 회수하며, 알려진 방식중의 회수용액에 기인하여 얻어지게되는 무수염의 상태로서, 충전체로서 채워진 증류탑에서 tert-부틸 알콜과 수성산화칼륨의 반응에 있어서 a) 시클로헥산 또는 헥산을 증량제로서 사용하며, b) tert-부틸 알콜은 수성수산화칼륨에 과량을 사용하고 칼륨 tert-부톡시드의 10~18중량%수용액인 증량제는 탑의 배수조에 존재하며 탑의 중간부에 존재하는 가스 혼합 물중의 tert-부틸알콜의 함량은 50~90 중량%이고, c) 증량제의 혼합물, tert-부틸 알콜 및 물은 65~75℃ 사이의 온도에서 탑상으로 증류완결 시킴을 특징으로하는 무수칼륨 tert-부톡시드의 연속적인 제조방법.
  2. 상기 1항에 있어서, 유기상은 탑상 꼭대기로 증류시킨 혼합물로부터 분리시키고 증류탑으로 다시 회수시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
  3. 상기 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, tert-부틸 알콜은 탑의 상부까지 기체상 중에서 공급함을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
  4. 상기 1항 내지 3항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 50%의 tert-부틸 알콜은 시클로헥산 또는 헥산에 의해 대체됨을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
