겔방사, 조사 및 연신 폴리에틸렌 필라멘트, 테이프 및 필름과 그 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 테이프의 E-모듈러스를 나타낸 것,
제2도는 연신비에 대한 인장강도를 나타낸 것,
제3도는 비교 DSC용해 곡선을 나타낸 것.

Claims (15)

  1. 다음과 같은 특징을 나타내고 겔방사, 조사 및 연산되고 교차 결합 및/또는 가지달린 필름, 테이프 또는 섬유 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 초고분자 폴리에틸렌물질.
    가)인장 강도가(2.3-1.3×10-2 D)GPa이거나 쌍축으로 연신된 필름의 경우에 0.5GPa이다. 이때 D는 단축으로 배열된 테이프 및 필름의 두께 또는 직경으로 단위는 um이다.
    나)모듈러스는 30GPa이다.
    다)크실렌 불용 함량이 25%이다.
    라)170℃에서 최초 가열한 후 2차 가열에 따라 DSC주용해점에서 피이크면을 20%보유한다.
    마)섬유를 170℃이상의 온도로 가열함에 따라 열평형에 도달한 후 수축력플레토우가 유지된다.
    바)억제하면서 170℃의 열평형에 가열하여 도달한 후에 배열된 결정성 폴리에틸렌에 해당하는 X-선희절형태가 유지된다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조사하지 않은 물건에 나타난 크리이프비보다 50%이상 감소된 것을 특징으로 하는 물건.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 인장강도가 2.1GPa이고 모듈러스가 60GPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 물건.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 인장강도가 1.5GPa이고 모듈러스가 60GPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 물건.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 인장강도가 1.0GPa이고 모듈러스가 50GPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 물건.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 쌍축으로 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물건.
  7. 다음으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조사된 초고강도 폴리에틸렌 필라멘트, 테이프 및 필름의 제조방법.
    가)중량평균 분자량이 4×105인 고분자 폴리에틸렌용액을 만든다.
    나)오리피스를 통하여 이용액을 방사 또는 압출시킨다.
    다)이 용액의 겔점이하의 온도에서 나)단계에서 나온 압출물을 식혀 겔상태의 물건을 필라멘트, 테이프 또는 필름의 형태로 만든다.
    라)이 물건을 겔상태에서 조사한다.
    마)이 겔상태의 물건을 조사하는 동안이나 한후에 연신 또는 신축시킨다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 조사가 1-10MRAD의 수준에서 전자조사인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 조사가 3-7MRAD의 수준에서 전자조사인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에서 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 조사하는 동안 및/또는 조사와 신축사이에서 산소가 없는 분위기가 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제7항에서 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 단축연신비가인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. 여기서는 고분자 폴리에틸렌 출발물질의 중량평균 분자량이다.
  12. 제11항에 있어서,가 8×105인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제7항에서 12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액이 고분자 폴리에틸렌의 0.5-40%의 농도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제7항에서 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조사가 75℃의 높은 온도와 폴리에틸렌의 용해점 이하의 온도에서 연신 또는 신축하는 동안 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제7항에서 14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조사전에 겔방사물건이 증발 또는 추출에 의해 용매가 없어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
