Claims (11)

  1. 적층구조물을 갖는 흡수제품에 있어서, 언급된 구조물이, 약10중량%이상의 초강력흡수재를 함유하는 주로 탄성섬유로 이루어진 제1섬유층과 친수성 다공질 물질로 이루어진 제2층의 2개의 층으로 이루어지며, 언급된 2개의 층은 서로 거의 공신장성으로 중첩되어 있고, 약 10내지 약 50%습기의 존재하에 약200psi,이상의 압력에 노출시켜 언급된 구조를 형성하며, 언급된 구조물에는 종축방향으로 평행한 슬릿이 교호열로 제공되어 있고, 언급된 슬릿은 약 0.5인치 이상의 길이를 가지며, 언급된 열은 약 0.1내지 약0.5인치 이격되어 있고, 언급된 슬릿 구조물은 횡축 방향으로 신장되어 개공구조물을 형성하며, 언급된 개공 적층구조물이 체액-불투과성 차단층과 체액-투과성 표면층 사이에 삽입되어 있음을 특징으로하는 흡수제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 제1섬유층이 습윤 및 건조 탄성 모두를 갖는 섬유로 주로 이루어지는 흡수제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 언급된 섬유층이 부직웹인 흡수제품.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 언급된 부직 웹이 소량의 결합용 섬유를 함유하는 폴리에스테르웹인 흡수제품.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 언급된 부직 웹이 이성분섬유로 이루어지는 흡수제품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 친수성 다공질 물질이 연속기포상 셀룰로오스 발포체, 셀룰로오스 섬유, 토탄이끼, 아크릴섬유 또는 이들의 혼합재인 흡수제품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 언급된 셀룰로오스 섬유가 목재펄프 섬유, 목면 린터, 레이온 섬유 또는 이들의 혼합재인 흡수제품.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 초강력 흡수재가 제1섬유층 중량의 약 20내지 약 90중량%의 양으로 존재하는 흡수제품.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 제품이 1회용 기저귀인 흡수제품.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 제품이 생리대인 흡수제품.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 제품이 상차붕대인 흡수제품.
