제1도는 본 발명에 따른 강철의 C,Cr,P,Sol,Al 및 B함량간의 관계를 표시하는 그래프.
제2도는 13% Cr-0.03% C 페라이트 스텐레스강에서, F치 대한 P함량의 효과를 표시하는 그래프.
제3도는 13%Cr-0.03% C-0.10% P페라이트 스텐레스강에서 샤르피 충격치에 대한 Sol.Al의 효과를 표시하는 그래프.
Claims (2)
- Fe와 피할수 없는 불순물과의 균형이 중량에 의한 %에서, C:0.0050내지 0.0500%, Cr:10.00내지 18.00%, Si:0.50%까지, Mn:0.50%까지, P:0.040% 이상이거나 0.200%이하, S:0.030%까지 Ni:0.60%까지, Sol.Al:0.005내지 0.200% 및 B:미소량 내지 0.0050%의 구성으로 되고, 합금요소가 더욱이 제1도이 세로좌표로서 식(C+10×B+Sol.Al)에 의하여 표시된 백분율과 횡좌표로서 식(Cr+50×P)에 의하여 표시된 백분율을 가진 점이 4변형 ABCD(여기에서 점 A,B,C 및 D는 각기 좌표(12.0, 0.30), (12.0, 0.005), (22.0, 0.020) 및 (22.0, 0.30)를 가진다)의 면적내에 떨어지게 균형이 잡히게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 성형성과 2차 가공성을 가진 P첨가 페라이트 스텐레스강.
