Claims (10)
- 일반식,으로 표시되는 단쇄에스테르 반복단위(D)는 분자량 250이하의 저분자량 디올로부터 히드록시기를 제거한 후에 잔존하는 2가의 라디칼이고, R은 분자량 300이하의 디카르복실산으로 부터 카르복시기를 제거한 후에 잔존하는 2가의 라디칼이며, D 및 R은 수평균 분자량이 5000이상이고 융점이 150℃이상인 단쇄에스테르 단위들로 중합체가 본질적으로 구성되도록 선택된다)들로 구성되는 고융점 반복 블록(A), 히드록시기 또는 카르복시기 또는 이들의 혼합기들을 함유하며 수평균 분자량이 400내지 4000이고 융점이 약 100℃이하인 화합물들로 부터 유도되는 저융점 반복블록(B), 및 반복블록(A)와 (B)를 결합하여 멀티-블록코폴리에스테르 탄성중합체를 형성하기 위한 충분한 량의 2작용성기들로 본질적으로 구성되며, (A)대 (B)의 중량비율이 약 1 : 0.67내지 1:2인 멀티 블록코폴리에스테르 탄성 중합체(a); 전술한 멀티-블록 코폴리에스테르 탄성 중합체 100부당 공기중에서 가열속도 10℃/분하에 측정한 열중량 분석에 의한 중량손실이 250℃하에 5%이하이고 65중량%이상의 브롬을 함유하는 브롬-함유 방염제 약 25내지 35부(b); 전술한 브롬-함유 방염제 1부당 3산화안티몬 약 0.20내지 0.75부(c); 및 전술한 멀티-블록 코폴리에스테르 탄성중합체 100부당 1종 이상의 일반식,으로 표시되는 4급 암모늄염(M-은 클로라이드, 브로마이드, 요오다이드, 니트라이트, 히드록사이드, 아세테이트, 메틸셀페이트 및 이들의 혼합으로 구성되는 군중에서 선택되고; R1은 탄소 원자수 12내지 22개의 알킬기이며; R2,R3및 R4는 수소원자, 탄소원자수 1내지 22개의 알킬기, 아릴기 및 알킬 사슬상의 탄소 원자수가 1내지 22개인 아르알킬기로 구성되는 군중에서 선택된다)들과 이온 교환 능력이 점토 100g당 75meg이상인 스멕타이트 점토와의 반응 생성물인 친유기 점토 약 2내지 10부로 구성되는 거의 무적(無滴)의 코폴리에스테르 탄성 중합체 방염제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고융점 반복 블록이 에틸렌 글리콜 또는 1.4부탄디올과 테레프탈산 또는 30중량%이하의 이소프탈산 또는 프탈산을 함유하는 그의 혼합물로 부터 유도되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저융점 반복 블록이 탄소/산소의 원자비율이 약 2.0내지 4.3이고 수평균 분자량이 약 400내지 4000인 폴리(알킬렌옥사이드)글리콜로부터 유도되는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리(알킬렌옥사이드)글리콜이 수평균 분자량이 600내지 1600인 폴리(테트라메틸렌옥사이드)글리콜인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리(알킬렌옥사이드)글리콜이 수평균 분자량이 1500내지 2800이고 에틸렌옥사이드 함량이 15내지 35중량%인 에틸렌옥사이드 말단의폴리(프로필렌옥사이드)글리콜인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저융점 반복블록이 폴리에스테르글리콜로부터 유도되는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르글리콜이 수평균 분자량이 800내지 2500인 폴리(테트라메틸렌아디페이트)글리콜 또는 폴리카프로락톤글리콜인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 브롬-함유 방염제가 N,N'-에텔렌비스(테트라브로모프탈이미드)인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친유기 점토가 디메틸렌벤질(수소첨가탤로우)암모늄클로라이드 10내지 90중량% 및 디메틸디(수소첨가탤로우)암모늄 클로라이드 10내지 90중량%의 혼합물과 벤토나이트 점토의 반응 생성물인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테레프탈산과 이소프탈산 또는 그의 에스테르의 혼합물과 1,4-부탄디올로 부터 유도되는 고융점 블록과 수평균 분자량이 약 800내지 1200인 폴리(테트라메틸렌옥사이드)글리콜로부터 유도되는 저융점 블록으로 본질적으로 구성되며, 고융점 블록 대 저융점 블록의 중량비율이 1:0.8내지 1:1.1인 멀티-블록 코폴리에스테르 탄성중합체; 전술한 멀티-블록 코폴리에스테르 탄성 중합체 100부당 브롬-함유방염제인 N,N'-에틸렌비스(테트라 브로모프탈이미드) 약 20내지 35부; 전술한 브롬-함유방염제 13부당 3산화안티몬 약 0.3 0.6부; 및 전술한 멀티-블록 코폴리에스테르 탄성중합체 100부당 디메틸벤질(수소첨가 탤로우)암모늄클로라이드 10내지 90중량%와 디메틸디(수소첨가 탤로우)암모늄 놀로라이드 10내지 90중량%의 혼합물과 벤토나이트 점토의 반응 생성물인 친유기 점토 약 3내지 7부로 구성되는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
