Claims (6)
- 사플루오르화 규소를 알칼리 또는 알칼리토할라이드의 용융물중에서, 용융물의 온도에서 수소화 마그네슘의 해리압보다 더 큰 수소부분압하에 수소화 마그네슘과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 실란을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 마그네슘을 용융물중 동일 반응계내에서 마그네슘 및 수소로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 공융을 형성하는 둘이상의 염으로 이루어진 용융물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 용융물이 플루오르화 칼륨, 플루오르화 루비듐 및/또는 플루오르화 세슘 0.5 내지 20중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 용융물중의 수소화물 이온의 농도가 0.3중량%미만이 아님을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응기의 공극(headspace)중에 잉여수소를 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
