Claims (2)
- a) 일반식(Ⅱ)의 알콜을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물로 전환시킨 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 이미다졸 또는 이미다졸염과 반응시켜 B가 단일 결합인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하고, 경우에 따라서는 A가 이중결합인 생성된 화합물중의 이중 결합을 수소화(이때, 수소화는 중간체 또는 일반식(I) 화합물(A=이중결합)상에서 수행한다)하거나, b) n이 0 또는 1이고 할로겐이 브롬 또는 염소인 일반식(Ⅴ)의 할라이드를 일반식(Ⅵ)의 이미다졸 또는 이미다졸염과 반응시켜 B가그룹이고 n이 0 또는 1인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하고, 경우에 따라서는 수득된 화합물을 환원시켜 B가 CHOH 그룹인 화합물을 수득하고, 경우에 따라서는, a) 또는 b)에 의해 수득된 화합물을 산을 사용하여 생리적으로 허용되는 산부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로하여, 일반식(I)의 N-비사이클로헵틸 및 N-비사이클로헵테닐-이미다졸 및 그의 생리적으로 허용되는 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 동일 또는 상이하며, C1내지 C10의 알킬 : C4내지 C16의 사이클로알킬 : 할로겐, (C1-C4)-알킬, (C1-C4)-알콕시, 트리플루오로메틸, 하이드록실, 아미노, (C1-C4)-알킬아미노 또는 (C1-C4)-디알킬아미노에 의해 임의로 1 또는 2치환된 페닐(여기에서, 2치환된 경우에는 두 치환체가 동일 또는 상이하다) : 나프틸 : 또는 C1내지 C4의 알킬을 갖는 페닐알킬이거나, R1및 R2가 함께, 페닐에 의해 임의 치환된(CH2)m브리지(여기에서, m은 3 내지 10의 수이다)를 나타내고, A는 단일 또는 이중결합을 나타내고, B는 단일 결합이거나, n이 0 또는 1인 경우에는 또한그룹이거나, n이 1인 경우에는 -CHOH- 그룹이고, n은 0,1,2,3 또는 4이고, Y는 이탈 그룹이고, Z는 수소 또는 알칼리금속이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 동일 또는 상이하며, 페닐, 4-클로로페닐 또는 4-플루오로페닐이고, A가 단일 결합이고, n이 0 또는 1이고, B가 단일 결합 또는 CO 그룹인 일반식(I)의 N-비사이클로헵틸-및 N-비사이클로헵테닐-이미다졸 및 그의 생리적으로 허용되는 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
