Claims (12)

  1. 발포성형된 열가소성 펄리머와 충전제 물질로 이루어져 있고, 공의 중심으로 부터 표면까지 반경을 따라 밀도변화가 증가하여 있는 단일조각의 단거리 골프공.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 밀도변화가 외측의 밀도높은 껍질부분과 세포형상의 중심부 구조의 특징을 가지는 상기 골프공.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 껍질부분의 두께가 0.125-0.625인치인 상기 골프공.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 충전제 물질이 열가소성 폴리머 전체에 걸쳐 균일하게 분포되어 있는 극미세한 유기 기포인 상기 골프공.
  5. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리머가 골프공의 중량으로 대략 100부로 포함되고, 충전제가 대략 1.68인치 직경과 15-30g의 중량을 가지는 골프공 중량으로 대략 0.5-15부로 포함되는 상기 골프공.
  6. (a) 열가소성수지, 화합팽창제 및 충전제 물질의 혼합물을 형성하고, (b) 소정량의 상기 혼합물을 골프공 금형내로 사출하고, (c) 그 혼합물을 소정시간 동안 금형내에 보유하고, (d) 그 금형을 개방하여 그로부터 골프공을 제거하고, (e) 그 골프공을 냉수로 냉각하는 단계들로 이루어진 단일 조각의 단거리 골프공 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 혼합물이 대략 100중량부의 열가소성수지, 0.5-15 중량부의 충전제 물질 및 0.25-2.0 중량부의 팽창제를 포함하는 상기 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 대략 1.68인치 직경의 각 골프공금형에서 15-30g인 소정량의 혼합물이 1초 또는 그보다 적은 시간에 각 금형내로 사출되는 상기 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 혼합물이 사출기의 입구로부터 노즐까지 온도변화가 증가하여 있어 사출기 내에서 조기 팽창이 최소화되고 노즐에서의 혼합물의 점도가 감소되도록 한 사출기에 의해 사출되는 상기 방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 금형이 대략 40°-70°F로 냉각되는 상기 방법.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 혼합물이 60-240초동안 금형내에 보유되는 상기 방법.
  12. (a) 미경화 열가소성 수지 대략 100중량부, 충전제 0.5-15 중량부, 화학팽창제 0.25-2.0 중량부의 혼합물을 형성하고, (b) 대략 40°-70°F로 냉각되고 직경이 대략 1.68인치인 골프공 금형내로 15-30g의 혼합물을 1초 또는 그보다 적은 시간동안 사출하고, (c) 금형을 60-240초동안 폐쇄된 채 유지하고, 그 금형을 대략 40°-70°F의 온로도 유지하며, (d) 금형을 개방하여그로부터 골프공을 제거하고, (e) 그 골프공을 냉수로 냉각하는 단계들로 이루어진 단일조각의 단거리 골프공 제조방법.
