Claims (8)

  1. 다음의 단계를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 발포제품의 사출 성형방법. (a)발포형 플라스티졸로 되는 원료를 사출기의 실린더내에서 가열해서 겔화한다. (b)겔화된 원료를 금형의 캐비티에 사출한다. 이 사출을 할대에 원료는 사출기의 노즐에서 발포하고,이 발포 상태의 원료가 금형의 캐비티에 충전된다. (c) 금형의 캐비티에서 발포 원료를 냉각 고화한다.
  2. 상기 겔화한 원료가 사출기의 노즐을 통과할 떼에 그 마찰열에 의해 발포온동 이상으로 되어서 발포하는 특허청구의 범위 제 1항에 기재한 발포제품의 사출 성형방법.
  3. 금형의 캐비티에는 미리 인서어트가 수납된 상태에서 캐비티에 상기 발포상태의 원료가 사출되어서 냉각 고화하는 것에 의해 수지제 패드가 상기 인서어트에 일체적으로 적층 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 제품의 사출 성형방법.
  4. 상기 인서어트가 가스투과성 재료로 되는 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 기재한 발포제풍의 사출 성형방법.
  5. 상기 인서어트가 목질 섬유판으로 되는 특허청구의 범위 제4항에 기재한 발포제품의 사출 성형방법.
  6. 상기 인서어트가 판상으로 되고 이 인서어트의 주연과 캐비티의 주연과의 사이에 좁은 틈을 형성하도록해서 인서어트를 배치하고 이 틈에 충전된 원료에 의해 상기 패드의 단말부가 성형되는 특허청구의 범위 제 3항에 기재한 발포제품의 사출 성형방법.
  7. 상기 발표형 플라스티졸로서 염화비닐 수지 페이스트와 가소제와 발포제와의 혼합물이 사용되는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재한 발포제품의 사출 성형방법.
  8. 상기 발포형 플라스티졸로서 다시 미소한 중공 유리 절연체를 가한 혼합물을 사용하는 특허청구의 범위 제 7항에 기재한 발포제품의 사출 성형방법.
