Claims (18)

  1. 아연산화물 및 기공 크기가 0.40nm 이상인 제올라이트의 충분한 혼합물로 조성되는 고상의 흡수제에 황화수소-함유가스를 300℃ 이상의 온도에서 접촉시키고, 폐흡수제상에 산소-함유가스를 400℃ 이상의 온도에서 통과시킴으로서 폐흡수제를 재생시킴을 특징으로 하는 가스로부터의 황학수소 제거방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트의 기공 크기가 0.5nm이상임을 특징로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제올라이트의 기공 크기가 0.5 내지 1.3nm임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 제올라이트 A의 칼슘형임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제올라이트 쪼우저사이트(faujasite)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 황화수소-함유가스를 500℃ 내지 550℃의 온도에서 흡수제상에 통과시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 흡수제를 500℃ 이상의 온도에서 재생시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 소량의 산소를 폐흡수제의 재샹용 가스기류중에 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 사용 폐수제 중에 구리, 카드뮴, 티탄, 지르코늄, 바나듐, 크롬, 몰리브덴,텅스텐, 망간, 철, 코발트 및 닉켈로 구성되는 군중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속의 산화물을 추가로 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 흡수제가 아연산화물 및 기공크기가 0.40nm 이상인 제올라이트의 충분한 혼합물로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법의 사용에 적합한 흡수제.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 제올라이트의 기공 크기가 0.5nm 이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 제올라이트의 기공크기가 0.5 내지 1.3nm 이상임을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 제올라이트 A의 칼슘형임을 특징으로 흡수제.
  14. 제10항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 포우저사이트임을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  15. 제10항 내지 제14항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 아연수산화물 입자들 및 제올라이트 입자들을 충분히 혼합하고, 혼합된 아연수산화물 및 제올라이트의 혼합물을 아연수산화물 및 제올라이트가 실질적으로 완전 균일하게 혼합된 입자들로 펠릿화한 다음, 생성된 펠릿들은 하소를 행하여 황화수소 흡수력이 있는 활성형태의 입자들을 생성시킴으로써 제조함을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  16. 제10항 내지 제15항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 흡수제 중에 구리, 카드뮴, 티탄 지르코늄,바나듐, 크롬, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 망간, 철, 코발트 및 닉켈로 구성되는 군중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 산화물을 추가로 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  17. 실시예들에 기재된 바와 같이 청구범위 제1항의 방법에 따라 가스로부터의 황화수소 제거방법.
  18. 실시예들에 기재된 바와 같이 가스로부터의 황화수소 제거방법의 사용에 적합한 흡수제.
