Claims (13)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아제티디논의 제조방법.상기식중, R·O·CO는 아미노기 보호기이고; R2는 이미노 화합물의 질소원자의 보호기이며; R3는 탄소원자를 통해 결합되는 유리잔기이고; CO·OR1은 에스테르화 카르복실기이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 C6∼10아릴 또는 C7∼11아르알킬인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 벤질인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 C1∼4인 알킬인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2가 트리-(C1∼4알킬)실릴, C7∼11아르알킬, 디-(C6∼10아릴)메틸, 트리-(C6∼10아릴)메틸, 모노-(C1∼4알콕시)-C7∼아11르알킬, 디-(C1∼4알콕시-C7∼11아르알킬, 모노-(C1∼4알콕시)-C6∼10아릴, 디-(C1∼4-알콕시)-C6∼10아릴, 디-[모노-(C1∼4알콕시)-C6∼10아릴]메틸, 디-[디-(C1∼4알콕시)-C6∼10아릴]메틸 또는 C3∼6알켄-2-일인방법.

- 아미노 보호된 글리신 또는 그의 염을 염기존재하에 알킬 할로게노카르보네이트와 반응시켜서 제조한 반응혼합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아제티디논의 제조방법.(상기 식중, R·O·CO는 아미노기 보호기이고; R2는 이미노 화합물의 질소원자의 보호기이며; R3는 탄소원자를 통해 결합하는 유리잔기이다.
