Claims (3)
- (a) 일반식(Ⅱ)의 β-나프틸알킬 화합물을 적절하게는 희석제 존재하에 및 적절하게는 산결합제 존재하에 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민과 반응시키거나, (b) 일반식(Ⅳ)의 불포화 알데히드를 환원제 존재하에 적절하게는 촉매 존재하에 및 적절하게는 희석제 존재하에 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민과 반응시킨 후 적절하게는 산을 가함을 특징으로 하여 식물에 무독한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 β-나프틸알킬아민 및 그의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, Ar은 임의 치환된 β-나프틸이고; R1및 R2는 같거나 다르며 알킬 또는 알케닐이거나, R1및 R2가 이둘이 결합된 질소원자와 함께 헤테로원자를 더 함유할 수 있는 임의 치환된 포화 헤테로사이클릭 라디탈을 나타내며; X는 전자 유도성 이탈 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Ar이 할로겐, C1내지 C6의 알킬 및 C1내지 C6의 알콕시 중에서 선택된 같거나 다른 치환체로 임의로 일-, 이-또는 삼치환된 β-나프틸이고, R1및 R2는 같거나 다르며 각기 C6이하의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 또는 알케닐이거나, R1및 R2가 이둘이 결합된 질소원자와 함께 C1내지 C4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 및 하이드록시알킬 중에서 선택된 같거나 다른 치환체로 임의로 일-, 이-또는 삼-치환되고 1 또는 2개의 질소 또는 산소원자를 더 함유할 수 있는 포화 5-내지 7-원 헤테로사이클릭 라디칼을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 β-나프틸알킬아민을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, Ar이 불소, 염소, 브롬, 하이드록시, 메틸, 에틸, n-또는 i-프로필, n-, i-, 2급-또는 3급-부틸, 메톡시, 메톡시 및 n-또는 i-포로폭시 중에서 선택된 같거나 다른 치환체로 임의로 일-또는 이치환된 β-나프틸이고, R1및 R2는 같거나 다르며 각기 메틸, 에틸, n-또는 i-프로필, 알릴, 디메틸알릴, 부테닐, n-또는 i-펜테닐이거나, R1및 R2가 이둘이 결합된 질소원자와 함께 메틸, 에틸 및 하이드록시메틸 중에서 선택된 같거나 다른 치환체로 임의로 일-, 이- 또는 삼치환된 하기 구조식의 헤테로사이클릭 라디칼을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 β-나프틸알킬아민을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
