Claims (6)

  1. 경피 수송 증진량의 멘톨을 가함을 특징으로 하여 전진성 활성, 수용성 또는 가용성 약제, 멘톨 및 멘톨에 대한 하나 이상의 약학적으로 허용되는 용매 또는 가용화제를 함유하는 약학적으로 허용되는 비히클로 이루어진 경피 수송이 증진된 생리학적 활성제제를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기술한 멘톨이 조성물의 약 4중량% 내지 약 16중량% 함유되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 약학적으로 허용되는 비히클에 약제에 대한 하나이상의 약학적으로 허용되는 용매가 함유된 방법.
  4. 제4항에 있어서, 약제 및 멘톨 각각에 대한 용매가 최소한 부분적으로 서로 혼화되는 량 사용 되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 약제 및 멘톨이 각기 별개의 가용화 조성물에 함유되고 기술한 각 조성물은 기술한 다른 조성물과 혼화될 수 있으며 적어도 이 조성물중 하나가 약학적으로 허용되는 비히클을 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 생리학적 활성제제가, 적어도 하나의 약제 저장수단 내에 함유된 유효량의 전시성 활성 수용성 또는 가용성 약제; 약제 저장수단중 어느 것, 별개의 멘톨 저장수단, 멘톨 메트릭스 수단 및 점착 수단 중에서 선택한 멘톨 수송 수단내에 함유된 경피수송 증진량의 멘톨; 멘톨 가용화 수단 및 포유류에게 용량형을 부착시키기 위한 안전화 수단을 함유하는, 포유류에게 생리학적 활서제제를 경피 수송하기 위한 단위 경피 용량형인 방법.
