Claims (10)

  1. 치료적 활성성분, 투과 증진제 및 용매 비히클을 함유하는 향상된 막 투과성을 지닌 약제학적 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 치료적 활성성분이 폴리펩타이드인 약제학적 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 투과 증진제가 필수 오일(essential oil) 또는 이의 성분인 약제학적 조성물.
  4. 치료적 활성성분, 투과 증진제, 가용화제 및 용매 비히클을 함유하는 향상된 막 투과성을 갖는 약제학적 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 치료적 활성성분이 폴리펩타이드인 약제학적 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리펩타이드가 류프롤라이드 아세테이트인 약제학적 조성물.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 가용화제가 생점착성, 친수성 및 소수성 중합체 중에서 선택되는 중합체인 약제학적 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 중합체가 셀룰로스, 유도체인 약제학적 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 기질에 함유되거나 기질상에 피복되는 약제학적 조성물.
  10. 막을 제1항의 약제학적 조성물과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 생물학적 막을 가로질러 치료적 활성성분이 투여되는 방법.
