Claims (7)

  1. 자성체로 형성된 하우징과; 상기 하우징의 내부와 유체적으로 접속된 연료분사구를 개폐하는 밸브와; 상기 밸브를 구동하는 가동코어와; 상기 하우징의 상기 연료분사구와는 반대측에 고정되는 경대부와, 상기 대경부에서 상기 하우징내측을 향해 돌출해서 뻗는 고정코어와, 상기 경대부에서 상기 하우징의 외측을 향해 돌출해서 뻗는 접속부와, 상기 고정코어의 돌출단부에서 상기 접속부의 돌출단면가지 뻗는 관통통로로 이루어진 연료도입체와; 상기 고정코어의 외주와 상기 하우징의 내주로 형성되는 환상공간에 배치된 전자코일과; 상기 관통통로내에 배치되어 양단에 열린곳을 갖는 관재와; 상기 관재의 도중에서 상기 관재의 외주와 상기 관통통로의 내주의 사이를 액밀적으로 봉지하는 봉지수단과; 상기 봉지수단으로 상기 접속부측의 상기 관통통로와 상기 환상공간을 유체적으로 접속하는 접속공으로 이루어지며 상기 관재의 내부에 연료를 흐르게 함으로써 상기 관재와 상기 관통통로 사이의 통로에 상기 관재내부의 연료의 흐름과 반대의 연료흐름을 생기게 하여 연료를 순환하도록 한 전자식 연료분사밸브.
  2. 상기 봉지수단은 상기 관재의 외주벽을 상기 관통 통로의 내주벽에 압입하는 것으로 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 전자식 연료분사밸브.
  3. 상기 관재의 관통통로의 압입부에서 상기 접속부측의 관재에는 축방향으로 소정길이만큼 경방향 내측에 후퇴한 홈이 형성되며, 이 홈과 관통통로 사이를 연료가 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 2기재의 전자식 연료분사밸브.
  4. 상기 관재는 금속제인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 3기재의 전자식 연료분사밸브.
  5. 상기 관재는 합성수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 3기재의 전자식 연료분사밸브.
  6. 상기 관재의 접속부 부근의 외주에는 복수의 리브가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 5기재의 전자식 연료분사밸브.
  7. 상기 관재에 연료를 흐르게 하는 접속관이 상기 관재와 동시에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 5기재의 전자식 연료분사밸브.
