Claims (4)

  1. 기본적인 형상이 구형이며 아울로 통로(30)를 갖추고서 내부하우징(4)속에 설치되는 폐쇄부재(28), 상기한 내부하우징(4)의 첫번째 단부(8a)와 상기한 폐쇄부재(28)의 사이에 개재되는 밀봉링(sealing ging)(24)을 받치기 위하여 그 첫번째 단부(8a)의 내벽에 형성된 부분, 상기한 내부하우징(4)의 타단부(8b)에 부착시키는 제1단부 플랜지(18), 이 단부플랜지와 상기한 폐쇄부재의 사이에 개재되는 밀봉링(26)을 받치기 위하여 그 단부플랜지의 내벽에 형성된 부분, 상기한 내부하우징에서 상기한 통로(30)에 대하여 직각방향으로 형성되어 제어스핀들(36)을 안내하는 제1안내부(38), 상기한 폐쇄부재(28)에 결합되는 상기한 제어스핀들의 제1단부(34), 제어부(78), 및 이 제어부재와 맞물리는 상기한 제어스핀들의 제2단부로 구성한 것으로서, 상기한 제1단부 플랜지(18)에 반경방행으로 돌출시켜 형성한 환상의 돌출대(16)가 상기한 내부하우징의 타단부(8b)의 내벽의 둘레를 따라서 형성한 환상홈(14)의 속에 끼워지도록 되어 있으며, 상기한 내부하우징(4)의 첫번째 단부(8a)와 상기한 제1단부플랜지(18)에는 각각 밀봉링(62,64)을 받치기 위한 짧은 원통부(12,22)가 갖추어져 있으며, 이 짧은 원통부들(12,22)은 상기한 제어스핀들을 안내하기 위한 제2안내부(70)를 갖춘 플라스텍제 외부하우징(6)속에 삽입되어 들어가도록 되어 있으며, 상기한 외부하우징(6)의 일단부에 형성된 제1접속부(54)의 내측단부벽(52)은 상기한 밀봉링들(62,66)중 하나(62)의 받침을 형성하고 있으며, 상기한 외부하우징의 타단에는 제2접속부(60)를 갖춘 제2단부플랜지(58)접속되어 있으며, 이 제2단부플랜지의 내벽에는 나머지 하나의 밀봉링(66)을 받치기 위한 받침이 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱제 볼콕(ball-cock).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 제어스핀들(36)의 제1단부(34)의 부근에 환상홈(42)를 형성하고, 상기한 제1안내부(38)에는 반경방행 내측으로 돌출하는 환상대(40)를 형성하여 이 환상대가 상기한 환상홈 속에 끼워지도록 하는 한편, 상기한 외부하우징의 제2안내부는 원통형 외벽(71)을 갖추도록 하여 이 외벽에 환상대(72)를 돌출형성하고, 상기한 제어부재(78)에 형성한 케이싱플랜지(76)의 원통형 내멱에는 환상홈(74)를 형성하여 이 환상홈 속에 상기한 환상대(72)가 끼워지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 볼-콕.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 제어스핀들(36)과 상기한 제1안내부(38)의 사이, 상기한 제어스핀들(36)과 상기한 제2안내부(70)의 사이 및, 상기한 제2안내부(70)의 외벽(88)과 이것을 감싸는 상기한 케이싱플랜지(76)의 내벽의 사이에는 각각 밀봉링(48,84,90)을 개재시켰음을 특징으로 하는 볼-콕.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 제2단부플랜지(58)는 상기한 외부하우징(6)에 용접으로 접속시켰음을 특징으로 하는 볼-콕.
