Claims (5)
- 합성대에서, 125-350bar의 압력과 거기에 해당하는 온도로 카르바민산염과 유리암모니아를 포함 요소합성용액을 이산화탄소와 과량의 암모니아로 부터 생성하고, 첫째 분해단계에서, 합성압력 또는 그이하의 압력은로 일부의 카르바민산 염을 열을 공급하여 분해하고 여기서 얻은 기상을 첫째 응축대에서 응축시키고, 두번째 분해단계에서, 4-40bar의 압력으로 잔존하는 더 많은 양의 카르바민산염을 열을 공급하여 분해하고 생긴 기상을 분리해내고, 다음 단계에서, 나머지 카르바민산염을 암모니아와 이산화탄소를 포함한 기체 혼합물의 형태로 제거하여, 이 기체 혼합물을 물에서 암모니아와 이산화탄소의 용액형태로 만들고, 그리고 잔류요소를 포함한 용액을 농축요소 용액이 생성되도록 하는 요소 제조방법에 있어서, 농축해야 할 요소용액을 열교환기의 관으로 내보내고 두번째 분해단계로부터 생긴 기체혼합물을 농축해야할 요소용액이 공급되는 장소의 반대편에 있는 열교환기의 관외측으로 통하게 하며 물속의 암모니아와 이산화탄소의 용액을 기체 혼합물을 위한 입구와 농축할 요소용액을 위한 입구사이에 위칭한 장소에 있는 상기 관외측으로 공급하고 응축물을 요소용액이 관으로 들어가는 끝에 있는 관외측으로부터 반출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요소제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 관외측에서의 온도가 실제 Q-t-도형에서 묽은 카르바민산염 용액이 없는 곳에서 기체 혼합물의 응축선과 묽은 카르바민산염 용액이 존재하는 곳에서 기체 혼합물의 응축선이 교차하는 온도에 해당하는 지점에서 두번째 분해단계에서 생긴 기체혼합물을 열교환기의 관외측으로 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. 이때 Q는 관외측으로 부터 다른 관외측으로까지 전달된 열량을 나타내고 t는 관외측에서의 온도를 나타낸다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 응축해야 할 기체 혼합물이 열교환기의 관외측으로 들어갈때 100-160℃의 노점을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도면과 실시예에 설명된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 설명된 방법에 따라 제조된 농축요소용액 및 고체요소.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
