Claims (11)
- 밀폐 밀봉된 금손제의 튜브로 구성되고, 상기 튜브내에 헬륨 분위기와 고체 상태의 물질을 포함하며 상기 고체상태의 물질은 원자로의 작동중에 헬륨 분위기 속에 트리륨을 방출하도록 구성되어진 원자로 소자에 있어서, 상기 헬륨 분위기에는 산소, 일산화탄소, 이산화탄소를 상기 금속제 튜브의 내부면에 산화물층이 입혀질 수 있을 만큼의 양을 포함하여 상기 금속제 튜브를 통한 트리툼의 누출을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 소자봉.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산소, 일산화탄소, 이산화탄소가 헬륨 분위기의 중량에 대해 2~3퍼센트의 중량 퍼센트로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 소자봉.
- 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원자로 소자로, 고체상태의 물질로써 핵 연료를 포함하고 있는 밀봉 밀폐 금속제 튜브로 구성되어 있는 연료봉인 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 소자봉.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 핵연료란 우라늄 산화물이나, 혹은 우라늄과 플루토늄 산화물의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 소자봉.
- 제3 내지 게4항에 있어서, 상기 고체상태의 물질로는 가연성 흡수물지도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 소자봉.
- 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원자로 소자는 고체 상태의 물질로써 가연성 흡수물질을 포함하고 있는 금속제의 밀폐 밀봉 튜브로 구성되는 가연성 흡수봉인 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 소자봉.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가연성 흡수 물질이 란붕소을 포함하는 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 소자봉.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 금속제 튜브란 스테인리스강이나 지르코니움 합금으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 소자봉.
- 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원자로 소자란 고체상태의 물질로 중성자 흡수물질을 포함하는 밀폐 밀봉 상태의 금속제 튜브로 구성되는 제어봉인 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 소자봉.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 금속제 튜브란 스테인리스강이나 니켈 기본강 합금으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 소자봉.
- 제9항 내지 제10항에 있어서, 상기 중성자 흡수물질이란 붕소카바이드(B4C), 은-인듐-카드뮴 합금이나 하프늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 소자봉.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
