Claims (13)
- 인터페론의 구조적 유전자가 삽입된 형질 발현 벡타를 운반하는 미생물을 L-글루탐산 및 철이온원이 함유된 합성 배지에서 배양하고, 배양액으로부터 인터페론을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 인터페론의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배지에 아연이온원이 더 함유된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배지에 구리이온원이 더 함유된 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 배지에 구리이온원이 더 함유된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인터페론의 구조적 유전자가 인체 백혈구 인터페론의 구조적 유전자인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인터페론의 구조적 유전자가 인체 면역 인터페론의 구조적 유전자인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배지에 약 0.1∼10g/ℓ 농도의 L-글루탐산 및 약 10-5∼10-3몰/ℓ 농도의 철이온이 함유된 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 배지에 약 10-5∼10-3몰/ℓ 농도의 아연 이온원이 함유된 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 배지에 약 10-5∼10-3몰/ℓ 농도의 구리 이온원이 함유된 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 배지에 약 10-5∼10-3몰/ℓ 농도의 구리 이온원이 함유된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배지의 탄소원 농도를 약 0.1∼5%로 유지시키면서 배양을 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배지의 산소 농도를 용해된 산소 포화 농도의 약 5% 이상에서 유지시키면서 배양을 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 37℃±5℃의 온도에서 배양을 시작하여 세포가 성장함에 따라 온도를 단계적으로 또는 선상으로 하강시켜 최종적으로 23℃±5℃가 되도록 배양을 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
