Claims (12)

  1. 플라스틱수지, 전도성성분과 적합한 부가물들을 함유하며 전도성분이 미분쇄된 전도성카본블랙과 그래피트로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전자장치의 전자기 및 무선장해 차페조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱수지가 열가소성 수지이며 그 부가물이 최소한 안정제와 윤활제를 포함하는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 그 조성물이 약 64내지 78중량%의 수지와 약 10내지 17중량%의 전도성 카본블랙과 약 5내지 15중량%의 그래피트와 약10중량%까지의 부가제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 비닐클로라이드기저의 수지인 조성물
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 비닐클로라이드기저의 수지가 폴리(비닐클로라이드)인 조성물.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 약 66내지 72중량%의 열가소성수지, 약 12내지 16중량%의 전도성카본블랙, 약 10중량%의 그래피트와 약10중량%까지의 부가제를 포함하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 카본블랙이 리터당 약 150g의 부피밀도와 약 45㎚이하의 입자크기를 갖는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 그 전도성 카본블랙이 25㎚이하의 입자크기를 갖는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에 존재하는 부가물에 안정제와 두 개이상의 윤활제, 공정보조와 가소제가 포함되는 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 그 안정제가 유기-주석화합물이며, 윤활제중 하나가 스테아르산 또는 그것의 염이거나 에스테르이며 가소제가 디운데실 프탈레이트인 조성물.
  11. 시일딩이 요구되는 전자장치의 봉입체를 제1항의 조성물의 유효량으로 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자기 및 무선장애로부터 전사장치를 시일딩하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 충분량이 전자장치 봉입체상에 피복되어 최소 약 30dB의 시일딩이 제공되는 방법.
