Claims (11)

  1. 정전방지성 또는 전기 전도성을 띠는 중합체 조성물을 제조하여 하나 이상의 비전도성 매트릭스 중합체 및 둘 이상의 첨가제로부터 증가된 전도도를 나타내게 하는 방법에 있어서, A. 제1의 미세하게 분할된 전도성 물질, 즉, 80㎡/이상의 BET 표면적을 갖는 전도성 카본 블랙 또는 복합된 형태의 진성 전도 유기 중합체, 및 B, 제2의 미세하게 분할된 전도성 물질, 즉, 흑연 또는 물질 A로서 사용된 물질과는 다른 복합된 형태의 진성 전도 중합체, 또는 금속 분말 및/또는 C. 50마이크론 미만의 평균 입자크기를 미세하게 분할된 비전도성 물질의 혼합물이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 삽입된 흑연이 물질 A로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 염화구리 또는 염화니켈이 삽입된 흑연이 물질 A로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합된 폴Y리아닐린이 물질 A 또는 물질 B로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 또는 유기 전기 비전도성 충전제 또는 안료가 물질 C로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 이산화 티탄이 무기 안료로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 안료 엘로우(yellow)13이 유기 안료로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물질 A 및 B 및/또는 C가 20:1 내재 1:20의 중량비로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 물질 A 및 B가 2:1 내지 1:5의 중량비로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 물질 A 및 C가 2:1 내지 10:1의 중량비로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  11. 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첨가제 A 및 B 또는 A,B,C를 매트릭스 중합체에 혼입하기기전에 상기 물질들을 에비혼합함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
