Claims (2)
- 다음 일반식(II)의 5-아미노피라졸을 다음 일반식(III)의 아실화제와, 필요시 희석제 존재하 및 필요시 산 결합제 존재하에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 다음 일반식(I)의 치환된 5-아실아미노-1-페닐피라졸을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 시아노, 알콕시카보닐, 알케닐옥시카보닐, 알킬옥시카보닐, 알킬아미노카보닐, 알케닐아미노카보닐 또는 알키닐아미노카보닐이고, R2는 수소, 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 임의 치환된 시클로알킬, 알콕시알킬, 알킬티오알킬, 할로게노알킬 또는 임의 치환된 아릴이고, R3, R4, R5, R6및 R7은 같거나 다르며, 수소, 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, 알킬, 알콕시, 알킬설포닐, 알콕시카보닐 또는 라디칼-(X)n-R8(여기에서 X는 산소, 황, 설피닐 또는 설포닐이고, n은 0 또는 1이고 R8은 할로게노알킬이다)이고, A는 활성화 이탈 그룹이고, 단, 라디칼, R3, R4, R5, R6또는 R7중 적어도 하나가 -(X)N-R8이나, R5가 트리플루오로메틸일 경우 R1은 시아노가 아니다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5-프로피오닐아미노-4-시아노-1-(2, 6-디클로로-4-트리플루오로메틸티오-페닐)-페라졸의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
