Claims (11)
- 과산화 수소와, 다음 일반식이나 또는으로 표시되는 원색체와를 퍼록시다아제의 존재하에 반응시키고, 가시선 또는 적외선 근방에서 반응 용액의 흡광도를 측정하는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료내의 과산화수소를 측정하는 방법.상기 식에서 Y는 수소 또는를 나타내고, Z는 산소원자나 유황원자를 나타내고, X는 수소, 알킬, 알케닐, 아릴, 아르알킬, 아미노 또는 치환된 마이노이고, R1은 하디르록실, 아미노 또는 치환된 아미노이고, R2는 수소, 하이드록실, 알킬, 알콕시, 아릴, 아르알킬, 알케닐, 아미노 또는 치환된 아미노이고, R3는 다음에 나타내는 일반식(Ⅲ),(Ⅳ),(Ⅴ)(Ⅵ)또는 (Ⅶ)로 표시되는 기이고, R4,R5또는 R5는 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서 수소, 알킬, 알케닐, 아실, 아릴, 아르알킬, 할로겐원자, 니트로, 설포, 카르복실, 하이드록실, 알콕시 또는 일반식(Ⅲ),(Ⅳ),(Ⅴ)(Ⅵ)또는 (Ⅶ)로 표시되는 기를 나타내며, J 는 -S-, -O-, 일반식또는 일반식이고, R7과 R8은 동일 또는 상이한 것으로 수소원자. 알킬 또는 알케닐이며 R5과 R6는 알케닐렌을 형성할 수 있다.상기식에서 A1은 알킬렌을 나타내고, A2는 R2의 의미와 같고, B1,B|2,B3,B4,B5또는 B6는 동일 또는 상이한 것으로 수소원자, 알킬, 알케닐, 아실, 아릴, 아르알킬, 할로겐원자, 니트로, 설포, 카르복실, 하이드록실 알콕시 또는 하이드록시 알킬을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과산화수소가 효소 반응으로 형성된 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하느 과산화수소의 측정방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 효소반응 옥시다아제를 사용하는 기제의 산화반응인 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 측정방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 옥시다아제가 요산분해효소, 콜레스테롤 옥시다아제, 크산틴옥시다아제, 클린옥시다아제, 피루빈산염 옥시다아제, 글리세린-3-포스페이트 옥시다아제, 아실 Co A 옥시다아제, 글리세롤 옥시다아제 , 글루코오즈 옥시다아제 및 갈락토오즈 옥시다아제로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 측정방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 과산화수소-생성반응과, 과산화수소와 원색체와의 반응이 동시에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 측정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이 반응이 완충용액내에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 측정방법.
- 제1항에서 정의한 원색체와 과산화효소로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소 측정용 시험조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 완충시약을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과산화수소의 측정방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 계면활성제, 방부제 및 아스코르빈산염 옥시다아제로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 한 성분을 더욱 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시험조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 효소성 과산화수소-생성계를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시험조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 계가 옥시다아제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시험조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
