Claims (8)
- 분말형태로 제공된 석탄을 에너지 밀도 1내지 5kWh/Nm3, 접촉시간 0.5내지 10m sec, 온도 1500℃이상에서 제1아크 반응기에서 열분해시키고, 석탄으로부터 수득된 가스상 화합물을 소위 휘발성 함량이 1.8배를 초과하지 않도록 하며, 냉각후 잔류코오크스를 제2 아크 반응기에 통과시켜 코오크스를 800℃이상에서 접촉시간 1내지 15초를 유지하여 아크 또는 플라스마법으로 가열하고 가스화 매질에 의해 합성 또는 환원가스로 전환시키고, 열분해 및 가스화 단계에서 수득된 가스는 공지된 방법으로 처리하여 열분해대로부터 유출된 가스를 세정하며, 아세틸렌을 선택적 용매에 의해 회수하고 가스화 단계로부터의 가스를, 경우에 따라 냉각한후, 세정하는 것을 특정하는 것을 특징으로 하여 아크 또는 플라스마법에 의해 석탄으로부터 아세틸렌 및 합성 또는 환원 가스를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열분해대에서의 평균온도를 1500내지 3000℃를 유지하고, 가스화대에서의 평균온도는 800내지 1700℃로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아세틸렌의 분리후 열분해 단계로부터의 CO/H2함유 생성가스를 가스화 단계로부터 생성가스를 제조하는 단계에 도입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양 가스 세정 단계로부터 유출된 H2S함유 가스를 처리하여 황을 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열분해대 또는 제1 가스세정 단계에서 기타의 가스와 함께 혼합물로써 수득된 이황화탄소를 가스화대에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전체 또는 일부가 스팀, 이산화탄소 또는 그들의 혼합물과 같은 가스화 매질로 이루어진 플라스마 가스를 제2아크 반응기에서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 및 제6항에 있어서, 가스화 매질로서 필요한 스팀을 냉각단계의 하나의 열교환기로부터 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 및 제6항에 있어서, 가스 세정 단계로부터 유도된 이산화탄소 전체 또는 일부의 가스화 매질로서 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
