제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따라서 관을 슬리브하기 위하여 배치된 직립기를 가진 증기 발생기의 하단부를 도시하는 동시에 부분선도인 종단면으로서의 단면도. 제2도는 관판으로부터 슬리빙위치에 현수된 하기 기술되는 실시예에 따르는 직립기의 정면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 만곡-신장된 중공의 원통형 부재를 자동직립화하기 위한 직립장치에 있어서, 만곡된 부재는 단일평면에 놓여있으며, 상기 장치는 사용중에 있는 상기 만곡된 중공의 원통형부재가 통과하는 다수의 통합로울을 포함하며, 상기 로울이 트레인에 입구를 형성하고 상기 트레인으로부터 출구를 형성하면서 엇물린 관계로 상기 트레인에 회전가능하게 삽입되며, 상기 트레인이 적어도 하나씩의 선도로울, 중간로울 및 후단로울로 이루어지며, 상기 트레인을 통해 진행하는 상기 원통형부재는 상기 원통형부재주변 표면의 반대편 상부에 있는 상기 로울의 각각의 교체로울에 의하여 속박되며, 상기 장치가 상기 로울의 하나를 구동하기 위하여 경합된 구동장치와, 상기 각각의 로울과 회전하기 위하여 설치된 다수의 기어장치와, 상기 입구에서 상기 원통형 부재의십입을 용이하게 하기 위하여 선도로울을 뒤로 이동시키기 위한 후퇴장치와, 직립작업을 하는 동안 상기 단일평면에 상기 만곡된 중공의 부재를 유지하기 위한 수단을 구비하며, 상기 기어는 또한 움직임이 기어트레인의 한단부로부터 다른 한단부로 전달되도록 기어트레인에 계합되며, 상기 후퇴장치는 상기 선도로울과 상기 중간로울 사이의 측면거리를 변화시키기 위한 조절수단과 상기 선도 로울을 적소에 쇄정시키기 위한 쇄정수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동직립장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 로울은 외주에 마찰면을 가지는 동시에 상기 만곡부재는 로울러와 부재사이의 마찰력에 의하여 진행되며, 부재에 대한 각 로울의 채널은 상기 만곡부재의 외주면과 같은 윤곽을 갖는 속박마찰 외주면을 가지는 동시에 상기 만곡부재는 로울이 부재표면 전체 외주에 걸쳐 만곡부재를 속박하도록 하여 그로 인해 로울사이의 마찰력이 극대화되고 만곡력에 의하여 평평하게 되지 않도록 속박되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동직립장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 로울이 감마찰베어링상에 회전가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동직립장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 로울이 감마찰베어링상에 회전가능하게 설치되어 그로인해 부재를 진행시키기 위한 로울과 부재사이의 구동마찰력 효과가 극대화되고 마찰베어링 손실은 극소화되는 동시에 요구되는 전체 힘은 비교적 작게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동직립장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후퇴장치가 부재의 만곡정도와 탄성특성에 따라서 연속로울에 관한 로울 트레인의 선도로울의 각 위치를 변경시키기 위한 캠을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동직립장치.
