Claims (7)

  1. 실안내장치를 거쳐 공급되고 풀려나는 실이 여러번 감겨있는 구동가능한 실저장드럼이 들어있는 케이스, 실저장드럼의 앞쪽에 접속되어 있는 매듭감시장치 및 조정가능한 실브레이크가 제공되어 있는 방직기, 특히, 편물기용 실저장, 공급장치로서, 장치케이스(10)에 실안내장치(22) 바로 다음에 배치되어 있는 실브레이크가 매듭감시장치(22)와 결합되어 있고, 이러한 결합이 자유로이 회전할 수 있게 장착되고, 축과 평행으로 되어 있는 2개의 롤러(25) (26)로 구성되며, 롤러중 하나가 다른 롤러에 대하여 브레이크의 탄력에 의하여 조정할 수 있고, 조정가능한 롤러(26)의 최대조정범위가 조정가능한 스톱부재(32.1)에 의하여 제한되고, 실(20)이 부동축(27)상에 장착된 롤러(25)를 거쳐 전향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실저장, 공급장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 조정가능한 롤러(26)가 장치케이스(10)내에 베치되어 있는 선회암(29)의 자유단부에 장착되어 있고, 이 선회암에는 장치케이스(10)내에 배치되어 있고, 그 힘의 작용내에서 조정할 수 있는 실(33)이 선회방향에 따라 맞물려 있으며, 스톱부재(32.1)가 롤러들에 의하여 정하여지는 그 최종위치로부터 변동될 수 있는 간격을 두고 장치케이스(10)내에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실저장, 공급장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 브레이크의 탄력(33)과 스톱부재(32.1)의 간격이 장치케이스(10)내에 장착되어 있는 2개의 조정나사(31) (32)에서 서로 독립적으로 조정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실저장, 공급장치.
  4. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 브레이크 스프링(33)의 부착점과 스톱부재(32.1)의 위치가 선회암(29)의 회전점(30)으로부터 서로 다른 간격을 두고 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실저장, 공급장치.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 한항에 있어서, 축과 평행으로된 2개의 롤러(25)(26)에 단이 없는 원통형의 외피면이 제공되어 있고, 롤러들이 이동할 수 있게 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실저장, 공급장치.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 한항에 있어서, 결합된 실브레이크-매듭감시장치(21) 바로 앞에 배치되어 있는 실안내장치(22)가 실안내관(24)의 단부를 수용하는데 이용되는 쇼켓(23)의 단부에 배치되어 있는 실안내아이(22)인 것을 특징으로 하는 실저장, 공급장치.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 롤러(25) (26)용의 2개의 베어링 핀(27) (28)이 실안내아이(22)의 축방향으로 보아서 실안내아이(22)로부터 서로 다른 간격을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실저장, 공급장치.
