Claims (10)
- 패티큐레이트필터가 설정량이상의 패티큐레이트를 포집한 상태에서 버어너장치에 의해서 상기 패티큐레이트를 연소시키는 재생장치에 있어서, 디이젤엔진의 배기로, 이 배기로에 착설된 패티큐레이트 필터, 이 패티큐레이트의 상류쪽에 접속되고 연료와 이 연료를 무화시키는 1차공기와 패티큐레이트필터에 포집된 패티큐레이트를 연소시키기 위한 2차 공기가 공급되어 착화수단에 의해서 발생된 고온 연소 가스를 패티큐레이트필터에 공급하는 버어너장치, 상기 1차공기를 공급하는 1차에어펌프와 상기 2차에어를 공급하는 2차 에어펌프를 구동하는 1개의 모우터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 패티큐레이트필터 시스템
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1차에어펌프 및 2차 에어펌프가 각각 용적형 에어펌프로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 패티큐레이트필터 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1차 에어펌프 및 2차에어펌프가 각각 가동날개식 에어펌프로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 패티큐레이트필터 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1차에어펌프와 상기 2차에어펌프가 상기 모우터의 한쪽에 연장된 구동축에 순차적으로 착설된 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 패티큐레이트필터 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1차에어펌프와 상기 2차에어펌프가 상기 모우터의 양쪽에 연장된 구동축에 각각 착설된 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 패티큐레이트필터 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2차에어펌프와 상기 버어너장치를 접속하는 2차공기통로내에 착설되어 대기압의 변동에 따라서 2차공기통로 면적을 가변제어하는 유량제어밸브와 상기 2차공기통로의 상기 유량제어밸브의 상류쪽에 착설된 대기개방밸브와, 상기2차공기통로내의 상기 유량제어밸브의 상류쪽 압력 및 하류쪽 압력의 압력차를 검지하고 이 압력차를 대략 일정하게 하도록 상기 대기개방밸브를 제어하는 압력조정장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디이젤 패티큐레이트필터 시스템.
- 디이젤엔진의 배기로, 이 배기로에 착설된 패티큐레이트필터, 상기 배기로내의 상기 패티큐레이트필터를 바이패스시키는 배기바이패스로, 상기 배기로와 상기 배기바이패스로의 분기부에 착설된 배기절환밸브, 상기 패티큐레이트필터의 상류쪽에 접속되고 연료와 이 연료를 무화시키는 1차공기와 패티큐레이트필터에 포집된 패티큐레이트를 연소시키기 위한 2차 공기가 공급되고 착화수단에 의해 발생된 고온연소 가스를 패티큐레이트 공급하는 버어너장치, 상기 1차공기를 공급하는 1차에어펌프와 상기 2차공기를 공급하는 2차에어펌프를 구동하는 1개의 모우터, 연료공급펌프와 버어너장치의 연료노즐을 연통하는 통로내에 착설된 전자밸브와 상기 패티큐레이트필터의 상류쪽 및 하류쪽의 적어도 한쪽에 착설된 센서를 가진 패티큐레이트 포집량 검출수단과, 이 패티큐레이트 포집량 검출수단으로부터의 신호를 받아서 상기 배기절환밸브를 바이패스통로를 개통시키도록 구동시킴과 동시에 상기 모우터, 상기 전자밸브를 구동시키는 제어장치를 가진 것을 특징으로한 디이젤 패티큐레이트필터 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 2차에어펌프와 상기 버어너장치를 접촉하는 2차공기통로내에 착설되어 대기압의 변동에 따라서 2차공기통로면적을 가변제어하는 유량제어밸브와, 상기 2차공기통로의 상기 유량제어밸브의 상류쪽에 착설된 대기개방밸브와 상기 2차공기통로내의 상기 유량제어밸브의 상류쪽압력 및 하류쪽 압력의 압력차를 검지하고 이 압력차를 대략일정하게 되도록 상기 대기개방밸브를 제어하는 압력조정장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한 디이젤 패티큐레이트필터 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 1차에 에어펌프와 상기 2차에어펌프가 각각 가동날개식 에어펌프로 구성되고 상기 1차에어펌프와 상기 2차에어펌프가 상기 모우터의 동일측으로 연장된 구동축에 순차적으로 착설된 것을 특징으로한 한 디이젤 패티큐레이트필터시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 1차에어펌프와 상기 2차에어펌프가 각각 가동날개식 에어펌프로 구성되고, 상기 1차에어펌프와 상기 2차에어펌프가 상기 모우터의 양쪽으로 연장된 구동축에 각각 착설된 것을 특징으로 한 디이젤 패티큐레이트필터 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
