병뚜껑
제1도는 본 고안의 사시도.

본 고안은 별도의 병따개 없이도 손쉽게 뚜껑을 따낼 수 있도록 손잡이가 일체로 형성된 병뚜껑을 형성함에 있어서 종래에도 동일목적으로 손잡이가 달린 병뚜껑이 있었으나, 단순히 뚜껑 하단에 꼬리만 형성한 것이므로 뚜껑을 열때 힘을 가하기가 용이치 못하여 별도의 집게등을 이용하다 보면 꼬리가 절단되는 일이 많았기 때문에 실시되지 못하고 있다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 결점을 시정보완해서 집게등을 이용하지 않고도 손잡이를 제침에 의해 힘들이지 않고도 쉽게 뚜껑이 열릴 수 있게 개량고안한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
외연에 감합요철부(1')가 형성된 병뚜껑(1)의 일측 하단에 손잡이(2)를 일체로 형성한 공지의 것에 있어서, 병뚜껑(1)과 손잡이(2)의 인접 연결부(2')의 양측부위에형 요구(3)(4)를 형성하여 그 직상감합 요철부(5)(5')가 짧게 구성하고 손잡이(2)를 공지의 고리형으로 형성하여서 된 것이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안은 평시에는 제 2 도의 상태처럼 병구에 삽착밀봉된 상태로 취급되며 뚜껑(1)을 딸때에는 제 3 (a)도와 같이 손잡이(2)를 윗쪽으로 제쳐 올려주면 약간의 힘을 가해주면 그 힘이 연결부(2')에 전가되며, 이때 연결부(2')는 힘점 기능을 하게 되므로 외측으로 벌려지면서 뚜껑(1)외연의 감합요철부(1')전체를 끌어당기는 힘을 가하게 되며 이때 요구(3)(4)윗쪽의 짧은 요철부(5)(5')의 결속력및 지탱력이 가장 약한 것이 되므로 연결부(2')가 제쳐져 돌려짐과 동시 그 양측의 짧은 요철부(5)(5')의 주름이 약간 풀려지면서 병구 주연에서 벗어나게 되고 뒤따라서 뚜껑(1)전체가 (b)상태처럼 쉽게 열려지게 되며 손잡이(2)를 쉽게 따낼 수 있는 효과가 있꼬, 뚜껑(1)이 꺾이거나 변형되지 않고 연결부(2')근처만 벌어지는 상태로 벗겨지므로 사용후에도 다시 뚜껑(1)을 병구에 끼워주면서 연결부(2')쪽만을 눌러서 오므려주면 원상태로 끼워질 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 외연에 감합요철부(1')가 형성된 병뚜껑(1)의 일측 하단에 손잡이(2)를 일체로 형성한 공지의 것에 있어서, 병뚜껑(1)과 손잡이(2)의 인접 연결부(2')의 양측부위에형 요구(3)(4)를 형성하여 그 직상 감합요철부(5)(5')가 짧게 구성하고 손잡이(2)를 고리형으로 형성하여서 된 병뚜껑.
