Claims (16)
- 내연기 관유체제의 누출 또는/및 오염을 방지하는 시일링용으로 내연기관유체를 포함하는 탄화수소오일과 접촉할 때 시일링가스켓을 가진 인접면을 구성하는 내연기관에 있어서, 섬유재(fibrous material)와 에틸렌 프로필렌러버바인더로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓재(High swell Gasket Gasket material).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 러버(rubber)는 EPDM임을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓재.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유재는 상기 가스켓재의 50-90wt%로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 섬유재는 상기 가스켓재의 약 75wt%로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓재.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유재는 광물섬유, 셀룰로오스섬유, 초자섬유, 폴리머섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹(group)에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓체재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 섬유재는 상기 가스켓재의 50-90wt%로 구성함을 특징으로 한 고팽윤성 가스켓재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 섬유재는 석면을 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 섬유재는 폴리(P-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드)를 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓재.
- 내연기관유체를 포함하는 탄화수소오일과 접촉시에 특히 사용에 적합하며 그 유체에 노출을 지연시킬 때 팽윤되나 분해가 되지 않는 고팽윤성 가스켓조성물에 있어서, 섬유재(fibrous material)와 에틸렌 프로필렌 러버바인더로 조성시킴을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 바인더는 EPDM임을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓조성물.
- 제9 또는 10항에 있어서, 상기 섬유재는 상기 가스켓조성물의 50-90wt%로 조성시킴을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 섬유재는 상기 가스켓조성물의 약 75wt%를 조성시킴을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓조성물.
- 제9 또는 10항에 있어서, 상기 섬유재는 광물섬유, 셀룰로스섬유, 초자섬유, 폴리머섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로된 그룹에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 섬유재는 상기 가스켓조성물의 50-90wt%로 조성시킴을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 섬유재는 석면을 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 고팽윤성 가스켓조성물.
