Abstract
이 발명은 내유성가스킷과 파릴렌(parylene) N, 파릴렌 D, 파릴렌 C 및 그 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 유기질폴리머 코팅(15)을 다공성 탄성가스킷 (14)에 처리하여 구성하는 오일 가스킷의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 오일의 흡수 및 유출에 대한 내유성이 있는 침투성 가스킷재의 제조방법에 있어서, 파릴렌(parylene) N, 파릴렌 C, 파릴렌D 및 그 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 코팅재를 그 가스킷재 표면에 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 가스킷재는 열경화성 실리콘러버임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 코팅재는 파릴렌 C임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 코팅은 최소 2.5·10-6cm의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 파릴렌(parylene) N, 파릴렌 C, 파릴렌 D 및 그 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 재료의 코팅을 가진 실리콘러버 화합물로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 오일침투성을 감소시키며 오일의 유출을 방지하는 엔진가스킷.
- 제5항에 있어서, 그 코팅은 최소 2.5·10-6cm의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 엔진가스킷.
- 제5항에 있어서, 그 코팅은 외표면에만 존재함을 특징으로 하는 엔진가스킷.
