Claims (3)

  1. 포화지방족 알콜로 에테르화 시킴에 의하여 이소부텐을 제거하고, 이소부텐 부재류를 30-200ppm의 총량까지 부타디엔과 아세틸렌 유도체의 함량을 감소시키기 위하여 선택적으로 수소화시키는 단계를 거쳐, 선택적인 수소화단계로 부터의 반응류를 4-20절대기압의 압력하에서 첫번째 분별단계에 주입하고 이 단계에서 이소부탄과 소량의 부텐-1로 구성된 상부류와 원료류의 잔유성분들을 포함한 저부류를 얻으며, 첫번째 분별단계로부터의 저부류를 4-12절대기압의 압력범위하에서 둘째 분별단계에 주입하여 이곳으로부터 고순도 부텐-1로 구성된 상부 생성물을 수득하며, n-부탄, 트랜스-및 시스-부텐-2 및 소량의 부텐-1로 구성된 저부생성물을 수득하는 공정에 있어서, 둘째분별 단계로부터의 상부 생성물을 압축장치로 압축시킨 다음 일부는 첫번째 분별단계의 재보일러에 보내고 나머지는 둘째 분별단계의 재보일러에 보내어 두 재보일러에서 응축된 부텐-1의 일부는 최종제품으로 배출되고 일부는 다른 공정단계에서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 부타디엔 및 아세틸렌 유도체를 포함한 C4류로 구성된 원료물질로부터 낮은 에너지 소모로서 고순도 부텐-1의 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 최종제품으로서 배출되지 않은 부텐-1의 일부를 둘째 분별단계의 상단부에 주입하여 여기에서 환류에 사용하고, 일부는 첫째 분별단계의 상단 응축기에 주입하여 여기에서 증발되어 상부 생성물을 응축시키기 위한 냉각유체로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 바의 방법.
  3. 청구범위 제1항과 2항에 있어서 환류제로서 둘째 분별단계의 상단부에 주입된 부텐-1과 첫째 분별단계의 응축기에 주입된 부텐-1은 환류제로서 둘째 단계에 그리고 첫째 단계의 응축기에 각각 들어가기전에 팽창되어 부텐-1의 증기를 발생하며 첫째단계의 응축기에서 발생한 부텐-1의 증기와 둘째 단계의 상단으로부터 발생한 부텐-1의 증기는 두 분별단계의 하나 또는 양쪽의 재보일러에 보냄을 특징으로 하는 바의 방법.
