제3도는 스트립이 롤러표면과 대체 가능한 인서트를 지닌 안내장치에 부착된 것을 도시하는 제2도의 선3-3부분 단면도.

Claims (14)

  1. 롤러표면(28)에 의해 형성된 축(C-C)을 지닌롤러(26)와 이 축에 대해 상기 롤러(26)를 회전시키는 장치를 구비하고, 상기 롤러표면(28)에 근접하여 그 롤러표면(28)과 미끄럼 운동하기 위한 원통형표면(31)을 지닌 다이헤드장치(18)를 포함하며, 두개 이상의 압출가능한 탄성재료의 스트립을 하나의 성형된 동시 압출물(64)로 결합시키는 다수개의 오리피스를 지닌 롤러다이 압출장치(10)에 있어서, 상기 다이헤드장치(18)에 형성된 제1오리피스(40)는 상기 롤러표면(28) 위에 적어도 제1스트립(72)의 탄성재료를 부착시키기 위한 위치에 설치되며, 제1오리피스와 일정한 거리를 두고 다이헤드장치(18)에 형성된 제2오리피스(46)는 두개의 스트립(72,78)에 대한 단일의 중첩압출물(64)을 성형하도록 일정한 거리만큼 떨어진 위치에서 롤러표면(28) 위에 탄성재료의 적어도 제2스트립(78)을 부착시키기 위한 위치에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 다수개의 오리피스를 구비한 롤러다이 압출장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2오리피스(46)가, 제1스트립(72)을 롤러표면(28) 위에 부착시킨 후에 제2스트립(78)을 상기 롤러표면(28) 위에 부착시키기 위한 제1오리피스(40)에 대응하는 위치에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 다수개의 오리피스를 구비한 롤러다이 압출장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1오리피스(40)와 제2오리피스(46)가 롤러(26)의 축(C-C)에 일정한 각도로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 다수개의 오리피스를 구비한 롤러다이 압출장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 다이헤드장치(18)가 롤러표면(28) 위에 부착한 후 제1스트립(72)과 제2스트립(78)과 미끄럼 접촉하는 안내장치(42)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수개의 오리피스를 구비한 롤러다이 압출장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1압출기(20)를 포함하는 제1압력장치(20)와, 제2압출기(22)를 포함하는 제2압력장치(22)가 서로 일정한 거리를 두고 설치되며, 상기 다이헤드장치(18)는 제1 및 2압출기(20)(22)에 연결된 다이요소(18)를 포함하며, 제1오리피스(40)와 제1압출기(20) 사이의 다이요소(18) 내에는 제1다이통로(38)와, 제2오리피스(46)와 제2압출기(22) 사이의 다이요소(18) 내에는 제2다이통로(44)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다수개의 오리피스를 구비한 롤러다이 압출장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제1오리피스(114)를 형성하는 제1다이헤드(102)와, 제1다이헤드(102)의 원주방향 아래쪽으로 일정한 거리를 두고 제2오리피스(118)를 형성하는 제2다이헤드(106)가 설치되고, 상기 안내장치에는 안내요소(116)가 제2오리피스(118) 아래쪽에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다수개의 오리피스를 구비한 롤러다이 압출장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 축이 보통 수직이며 지지장치(160)가 롤러표면으로부터 성형동시 압출물을 제거시키기 위하여 설치되고 수평벨트장치(161)가 롤러(148)로부터 반경방향으로 거리를 둔 위치에까지 동시 압출물(159)을 운반하기 위해 지지장치(160)로부터 성형 압출물(159)을 수용하도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 다수개의 오리피스를 구비한 롤러다이 압출장치.
  8. 롤러다이의 적어도 한 롤러(26)상에 적어도 두가지 성분의 스트립(72,78)으로 성형 동시 압출물(64)을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
  9. (a) 제1위치(58)에서 롤러(26)위에 제1스트립(72)을 압출하고,
  10. (b) 롤러(26)위에 제1스트립(72)을 연속적으로 제조하기 위해 축(C-C)에 대해 롤러를 회전시키고,
  11. (c) 롤러(26)상에 두 성분의 스트립(72,78)에 대한 단일의 동시 압출물(64)을 성형하기 위하여 제1위치(58)에서 떨어진 제2위치(60)에서 롤러(26)위에 제2스트립(78)을 압출시키는 공정으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한 동시 압출물의 제조방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 제1스트립(72)이 제2스트립(78)의 압출전에 제1의 거리만큼 롤러(26)에 의해서 운반되도록 롤러(26)상의 제2위치(60)로부터 축(C-C)에 대하여 제1위치(58)가 일정한 각도만큼 떨어져 있는 것을 특징으로 한 동시 압출물의 제조방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 제1거리만큼 롤러(26)에 의해서 운반되는 동안 제1스트립(72)을 안내하고, 제2스트립(78)이 롤러(26)위에 압출된 후 단일의 중첩 압출물(64)을 안내하는 것을 특징으로 한 동시 압출물의 제조방법.
