Claims (5)
- 락크와 교합되는 다수의 동일한 톱니를 갖는 헬리컬 피니언을 이용한 가변비 락크와 피니언 조향 기어용 락크의 톱니를 절삭하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 이 장치가 헬리컬 피니언의 단일 톱니의 표면상에 놓이는 절삭변부를 갖는 단일 절삭톱니를 갖는 바이트를 재가하기 위한 스핀들로 구성되고, 이 스핀들은 바이트가 락크 톱니의 평면에 대하여 수직으로 향하는 중간위치를 중심으로 하여 두 예정된 범위 사이에서 나선형 왕복운동토옥 하우징에 착설되고, 락크의 동일 간극에서 회전없이 활동하는 헬리컬 피니언의 귀적 일부인 어느 한 간극에 대하여 락크의 간극을 절삭하는 중에 상대적인 곡선상 운동으로 락크 고정체 또는 하우징을 이동시키기 위한 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 조향기어 용 락크 가공장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 각 절삭스트로크의 종료시에 스핀들의 축선을 향한 방사상 방향으로 절삭될 락크로부터 바이트를 후퇴시키기 위한 수단이 제공된 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 락크고정체 또는 하우징을 이동시키기 위한 수단이 캠으로 구성된 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 락크고정체 또는 하우징을 이동시키기 위한 수단이 곡선상운동을 위하여 하우징에 대한 락크 고정체의 상대적인 운동을 부여하기 위하여 둘 이상의 제어형 서보 모우터 구동 안내 스크류로 구성된 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 의하여 청구된 바와 같은 장치로 가공되거나 청구범위 제1항에 의하여 청구된 장치에 의하여 가공된 전극으로부터 얻어진 다이에 의하여 가공된 락크.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
